I think the big problem of this drama is the directing. It's terrible. It's awful. It kills every possibility of this turning into a good drama. Such a waste of actors, honestly
I see on the reviews that most people gave low rating for the drama's music but I have to say that even this was a 10/10 to me. I love, LOVE, how quiet the music in this drama is. It gives a more natural feeling, it makes the drama relies in the acting and the story itself to give the watcher the emotions. It makes the drama feel like a slice of life of an imperial China, and it's SO amazing!!! To me, this is the biggest thing about this drama and what differs it from other historical dramas. Really really astonishing and wonderful
I don't know why I keep trying business dramas, they just aren't my cup of tea. I literally skipped from ep 35 to the last one and just regretted not watch every scene of the main couple, they're the only thing I enjoyed about this drama. Oh, yes, special mention to this lame script, there were a bunch of cringe scenes that made me feel like throwing up
Possible in September. Cheng Xiao's (rumored part of the cast) schedule says she will "join new drama group/filming" on the 30th, which match with the rumors' timeline
Geez! Insensitive much. How can they make a drama out of covid when it is still existing all over the world. how…
By what I understood, the intention is to honor the professionals fighting the virus, encourage, and such. You know, government bullshit propaganda, nothing new
Rumors says Weibo will be open on the 25th (which possible mean new posters with the actors and news about the cast) and first script reading on the 30th
