I’ve been patiently waiting for this drama to arrive and it surely didn’t disappoint. The chemistry between the leads are oozing since Day1. A perfect balance of tension and comedy sprinkled with a touch of romantic vibes. Cinematography is good as well. I just felt there are scenes that transitioned awkwardly but overall it’s a good premier episode. Let’s see how the story unfolds. I’ll give this episode a perfect score because I find myself smiling a lot during its course. The two OSTs featured in this episode also caught my attention. Good job! ❤️

Episode 2 has a lot of comedy in stored for us. The demon was slapped by a human for the first time which left a red mark on his face. 🤣 Gu Won has to collect a soul but the problem is he lost his power. He tried to intimidate the human but he was overpowered that he has to escaped through a window and resort to petty 🖕”middle finger”. 🤣 Do Hee is definitely falling for his charm that she didn’t hesitate when he invited her to ride his car. She thought they’re going to kiss at the parking area near Han River. Instead, she was tossed into the waters by our demon thinking that the tattoo will be transferred back to him when they’re underneath the waters. 🤣 I had a good laugh in this episode though.

The first scene where FL was ready to jump off the building got me hooked with the series. I also find it funny how our main leads crossed paths with that misunderstanding. Hehe. I love a strong female character and Jiang Hu is clearly one of them.

Finally, ML was able to meet the elusive head of Free Unicorn company though he was not successful in his mission.Episode 2 shows the background of why FL wanted to end her life from episode1 first scene. Expect a lot of angst from here onwards.

Another episode that had me grinning from ear to ear. 😆 Xu Si is definitely falling for our girl so hard. He initiated the kiss. And boy can kiss pretty good. Probably the best kisser (after Yang Yang) in c-dramaland I have seen yet. The tension with that convenience store lunch is too much for my romantic heart to handle. “Do you mind (if we crossed the line)?” Aaaack!!! Jiang Hu’s hesitation and Xu Si’s penetrating gaze is driving me crazy. Aaaahhh! What a satisfying episode! ❤️

I love the subtle ways Xu Si is helping Jiang Hu. I know deep down he’s rooting for her. I love his indirectness about all these so that our heroine will seriously work hard to achieve her dream.

Jiang Hu was able to make a deal with Xu Si for her to rent the land but Xu Si’s terms for payment is just beyond what Jiang Hu can afford. Still, I strongly believe our heroine can find a way to make it work. She’s persistent just like her father according to Xu Si. Still no progress in the romance department though.
