Minimal spoilers, but the show doesn't really reward you for your investment. Honestly what the daughter said rings true "if everyone likes you, dad will feel pitiful". And that's the whole thing, the main lead was acting like the typical arrogant jerk, ofc this was from his anger against his wife and her ex but geezus... the only real indication which reminded the wife of her husband was that he was picking out stuff from the curry... Every other time she would just go damnn doesnt he remind me of my late husband. Honestly the drama was worth the watch around the 2nd story line with han gi tak.

All in all, watch for the bromance, the hilarity of a actress pretending to be a man in a woman's body. Do not watch if your expecting any romance.
