One thing the girls keep reiterating almost every episode is how rare it is for artists to get a stage to perform on. I feel like there should be some sort of show in China that allows these artists to showcase themselves without having to endure these cut-throat and competition-based survival shows. I’m not familiar with how it works in China but it’s about time there are other shows available for artists to go on that let’s them promote their own work properly.

Since they made the premise of the show a competition - it’s like they automatically assume it must be more stressful and dramatic than necessary. The girls keep saying it’s rare for them to even get opportunities to perform and really grow, yet the show keeps making it seem like the only time anyone ever experiences breakthroughs is if they’re pushed to the extreme ends. If you’re not in a good mental place it can affect your performance too :( I feel so bad for Yuqi

You are definitely not alone in thinking that way. I definitely thought the same thing - they this was a show about letting each artist learn from each other and grow into better artists. It sucks because I don’t think any of the girls really knew what they were getting into :(

Most of them pretty much said they want to learn from each other rather than “battle” it out. But at the end of the day it is set up like a competition so it’s a given that there will be battles :(

Exactly - especially since it was the first challenge they had ever done and the girls have yet to showcase their strengths and breakthroughs. I doubt they are going to stop trying to pit the girls against each other because every preview seems to be portraying some sort of stupid 'argument' or drama between them.

There’s nothing necessarily wrong with getting the girls to give each other constructive criticism but the format of the show (especially the voting process) feels like a cheap way to pit these talented girls against each other. I wish they showcased the sisterhood and bond between the contestants more but the show is so brutally harsh I can’t help but feel bad for the girls. It makes me feel stressed seeing how hard they’re pushing everyone to their breaking point.

The show is almost satirical in a way and pokes fun at the reality tv show format. That being said, I thought the suspense would be much more intense in this show when I first read the synopsis. It’s rather disappointing since the actual ‘murder’ doesn’t seem to be the focus until the very end and the show just doesn’t leave enough time for the suspense to truly settle in.

Not going to lie, I expected the experiment part of it to be far more fleshed out in the movie than it actually was. Regardless, I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed the dynamics between the characters and their friendship in general. This isn’t anything extraordinary but it was still an enjoyable watch!

By far one of the best Thai dramas I have watched to date. The family dynamics portrayed in the show felt so real and authentic that I almost forgot they weren’t a real “family” - the story just entices you in every way possible. It touched on some incredibly important topics without glossing over them superficially and I’m so glad for that because we were really able to see the flaws of the characters for what they were. Highly recommend!

This drama definitely has its flaws but something about it kept me intrigued til the very end. It isn’t a big commitment to give this show a go since there are only eight episodes (thus far) but I’d definitely recommend going into this with relatively low expectations since it’s not THAT mind blowing in terms of storytelling.

This was such a rollercoaster. I think I went through the whole spectrum of emotions while watching this. It definitely hits you hard as the episodes progress - I’m so impressed by the performances of the actors involved.

I was initially hesitant to watch this after reading the synopsis. Although black comedy isn't necessarily my taste, the way the events unfolded left me completely in awe. It's only fourteen minutes but it's a rollercoaster for sure. Would recommend.
