Ticket To Heaven Healed Something in Me
I grew up religiously and the crippling realization that I am queer gave me so much fear, like Tanrak. I prayed it away, everyday. And it's something a young child shouldn't have to go through. BL/GL shows surrounding religion always ended up badly, leaving a bad taste in our mouths. But Ticket to Heaven healed something in me. A show that asked the same questions I did, and yet it reconciled "that kind" of love with God's love. Like it was never meant to be at war. I love it. I truly do.Was this review helpful to you?
