i'm curious what about my comment made you want to ask me that, or how is it even relevant lol i even almost answered but saw it was you, so nvm. you're funny, going back to a movie's page after 5 months to try to fight people. i always see you doing this, but it's hilarious seeing you attempt to start something with me⦠no idea what you were trying to do asking about my sexuality, but i don't care about your lack of human interactions enough to find out, sorry :/
I canΒ΄t deny that some people might like the movie for the reasons you mentioned but the movie actually has a…
well honestly, i already gave it a chance by watching it, and i'm def not watching it again. since it's not as difficult to understand as you suggest it is, it's not necessary to put that much effort into getting the commentary in the first watch (if it was harder for you, it's okay tho, some people have to look for movies' "ending explained," no shame in that).
still, the commentary is overshadowed since the movie relied heavily on shock factor (not just the double incest, but it's obvious since the start when they show the mc eating a live octopus just for the thrill of it). and really, how good can a movie actually be if it needs to constantly go to extremes to keep the audience entertained?
if you liked the film, it's perfectly fine, but i stand by my comment; it's not all that, and the "plot twist" was predictable and disgusting. the commentary alone can't possibly justify the hype; if it wasn't for the p*rn addict film bros, this movie would've NEVER received that much acclaim, and you know it.
i have no idea if ha min is actually going to like do ba u i just know i'm damned because i want them tgt so bad, and it's obvious that's not going to happen lol
god why am i like this istg i always fall for the second main lead, but the worst part is, idk if ha min could even be considered one πππ
pink not getting a partner really made me feel like this show wasted my time π jk it was good overall but at least give poom and chu meng a series or something idk
don't get me wrong i liked phu and cir's story, but i've never had second couple syndrome like with wim and jin π they stole the show for me; the chemistry was oozinggg and i couldn't get enough... i needed so much more, and no, the special wasn't nearly enoughβΌοΈ i need donut and forth to have like 5 shows and 2 movies rn i'm so serious
i'm loving this adaptation so much, they are keeping the essence of the anime/manga but with consent<3 i was so scared they were going to keep the rapey scene, but instead we got jin asking for permission to hug kin ππ» thank heavens fr
and sweet like honey indeed!!! i've never been that speechless over a nc scene in my life, the way my jaw DROPPED, they were so freakyyy it was like looking at bees in a honeycomb lmao
i swear that for a moment it felt like i couldn't breathe... how kin's eyes showed the frustration and longing while being all flushed, my god!! boom the man that you are π»
according to china all gays do is suffer, but since it's 2025, apparently now it's fate the one that says we can't be happy
and no, the special episode doesn't change anything for me since it's separate from the show, when it could've easily been the original ending, no extra was needed

and i can't believe that this old f*ck instead of hypnotizing mi do to forget about him and their relationship, he preferred to hypnotize himself and lose his memory to keep f*cking his daughter. no wonder men simp over this film so bad
with all the hype this movie has, i thought the plot twist was something really mind-blowing, but in reality, i guessed it the first time mi do appeared on screen. even when the truth was revealed, i thought there was something more... like ofc it's disgusting, but shocking? not really.
maybe i had my expectations too high, but it wasn't all that. now i can see why all the film bros love it tho; the violence, the almost torture p*rn, the objectification/possession/exploitation of women, the age gap, the [redacted]βthis movie is like coke for them
i watched this bc i wanted to see muji hsu again, but tell me why he's in love with a child... like i knew there was going to be an age gap before watching, but i was expecting luhui to be a bit mature or at least not that childish; instead, he was throwing tantrums left and right, and ofc i don't blame him bc he IS a child
the thing is, why would an adult (who knows how old bc mind you, he is finishing his master's) be in love with a kid that looks and acts like one, and on top of that reject the opportunity to work in new york because suddenly that wasn't his dream... his dream was this infant he met a few weeks ago who he has no chemistry with, obviously!!!
this show is pretty unrealistic... i can forgive soccer inaccuracies and everything, but i draw the line at do ji not being all over yoo gang jae, like it doesn't make any sense imo.. that man is so HOT and such a himbo too π do ji what are you doing!!

1. a violent psychopath
2. an evil psychopath
3. a caring, loving, sweet straightforward man
