Title The East Palace Spoiler
what does it mean in the last scene where gu cheon hands were tied with chain to the palace?
gu cheon is literally a WALKING GHOST. That man is half human(barely) and half ak-gwi with the damn chain of the underworld on him. He could be dragged to the realm of gwi anytime and die with negative chances of going to the afterlife to even reincarnate or anything. He is basically DEAD and stuck in the realm of gwi for ETERNITY!!! He is only living in the human world on pure willpower and the so called mercy of the primordial gwi-mae.

It wasn't in the top ten today (while spooky love is) which made me nervous . We need a S2
It's higher than spooky in love in global rankings tho

a fire broke out at the filming set of the drama TheEastPalace in 2024. It's good that the place was empty, but the fire destroyed the filming equipment and the buildings, is that why show is Short?

I am almost towards the end and loving the drama. Please don’t believe the fake things about CGI, its very well…
Well said, i was surprised when some started saying "horrible cgi" , cause it's nowhere near horrible

This is not a horror drama ppl. Is a fantasy/occult one. Dont expect to get scared at 1 am, but more depth.
I feel like horror genre is way more than the jumpscares, this is a HORROR drama
