I watched the trailer again, I think Hyeon O will blame himself when he finds out about Eun Ho's condition + I don't see any chemistry between 2ML and Eun Ho, Hyeri is her sister and Eun Ho is the main one. I'm not a psychology student or a psychologist but I think Hyeri started to come out because Eun Ho blamed herself for what happened to her sister that's what I think + one more thing I think Eun Ho and Hyeon O looks good together and 2ML looks like a younger brother.
