Yeah, i loved the untamed so much but this one... Eh. I watched like 4 episodes and couldn't get into it. I loved the fantasy/ancient Chinese setting of the untamed lol

If I'm gonna be honest, the second season is much better. It's been a while since I watched the first season but I remember not really being too impressed. You can literally watch S2 w/out needing to watch this one. Here, it's more "crime show" oriented while s2 really picks up with the mystery and vampire-ishness. I've watched it like 40 times over the past several years lol (exaggeration but still)

I'm watching the side movies (Living Dead first) but this brief moment of indulgence is temporary. I'll go back to living my life wondering what the heck I'm gonna do now that I'm not knee deep in the world of the untamed. If the author decides to make another book and thus get another drama adaptation, it'll be so great lol
