If you haven't watched this yet, then why are you saying - "It seems like your typical C-drama with the average 7.5 to 8.5."? What qualifies you to call this a typical c-drama with average if you haven't watched it?

Couple of things. Firstly, toxicity is not just a MDL phenomenon. There is toxicity all over the web and social media. MDL is not immune to it. So, welcome to the big bad world of internet. You have been warned.
Secondly, when you make snarky posts like the one you made, I think you are almost goading and daring people to attack you, and some of them will inevitably take the bait. So if you don't want to be attacked, then you should not bait people into attacking you. Just a thought.
because of some age gap or some censorship maybe, the gap in the drama is 5 years but since this is an adaptation…
Sorry, I'm a little confused by your post. Is there some dispute as to how much truly is the age gap between the leads? I haven't read the novel, but the drama very clearly addresses several times that the age gap is 5 years. Is that not the case?
