I don't know if he was being honest about being a soul shifter or bluffing.
Yes, my understanding is that Hwansu is the highest level. Only two have achieved it - Seo Gyeong and Master Lee.

It’s funny to see everyone turning on Yul. I never cared for the character. The childhood sweethearts storyline…
Haters!

I hope so too. I want Naksu separated from Mu Deok. I want Seo Yul to end up with Naksu and Mu Deok to end up…
He has NEVER referred to or called her Naksu. He always calls her Mu Deok. He loves Mu Deok. He does not love Naksu.

Btw was Master Lee lying to scare the fake queen about soul shifting himself? Because otherwise how did Park Jin…
So then he is bluffing about being a soul shifter? Isn't that a very dangerous bluff? I thought in order to be a soul shifter you needed to practice Alchemy Of Souls sorcery which was taboo/banned? But here he is proclaiming out in public and in front of the King that he is a soul shifter?

Their kiss was so innocent and pure just like them… they don’t know much about love but you can see how much…
Came out of nowhere when everyone least expected it.
