I am happy that main leads got together BUT hye Jin's ageyo was way over the top, I was so shocked when she started…
I agree. Brushing each other's teeth totally grossed me out and I did not find it the least bit romantic.

Title Mr. Hong
Mr. Hong is remake of Hometown Cha Cha Cha drama. So, I thought that it was also drama. I was going to watch it…
I think you meant to say Hometown Cha Cha Cha is a remake of Mr. Hong, not the other way around?

I don't think it's related to culture... but later her dad explains to him, that she didn't grew up in normal…
Thank you for your response. The reason I ask is that this orphan thing was a BIG deal in the Son Ye-Jin and Jung Hae In starring drama "Something in the Rain". The female lead's mom was vehemently opposed to the relationship because the male lead was an orphan and for the life in me I couldn't understand what the big deal was, so wanted some clarification on if it is a cultural thing.

Thats because a lot of international viewers don't have much exposure to Asian dramas to tell where this one sits…
I know right! 😂

I really enjoyed watching this show. It was so addictive. Definitely an episode turner. I typically can't stomach gore, so I was really surprised that I wasn't all that bothered by the gory scenes (except maybe one or two). I hope there is a Season 2, although I read online that the writer-director Hwang has no plans to write a sequel. Sigh.

LOL. I mean, c'mon. You'd have to have been smoking some really good shit to think that this is MUCH better than the Untamed.
