I really like the fact that this series is filled with twists and turns in nearly every episode. It really makes the series intriguing, cause you really don't or won't know who the "real" villain is until the end. My bet is on the sister. LMFAO! However, the one thing that is frustrating me is that Than is portrayed as such an ignorant, dumbass of a cop, blinded so much by love that he can't see the forest for the trees. O.K. I get that. But this is another overused trope/stereotype in a Thai series.
If this were just another college (uni) BL with the typical BL tropes (which it has), then this series wouldn't irked me as much as it does. But, the series chose to infuse some really mature and serious themes into this BL and I'm not sure they really know how to make this series make sense. To me, it'll seem like this series will drag on for 12 eps. just to clear it all up in ep. 13. I'm dropping this one.
I have to let this one go. Halfway through episode 3 and I had to stop and tell myself the truth. It's not going…
I must agree. Not only everything that you stated, it also seems to be very slow-paced. What bothers me most about this series, is that it is relying on characteristic tropes and stereotypes to address some really mature theme.
How is this show rated lower than Sweet Tooth Good Dentist? That show as the crappiest show from GMM of 2025.…
Let's be honest, most of the folks that post on MDL base their "critiques" and ratings on factors such as how they did or did not like the actors (or their chemistry), did or did not like the plot or the scene production and so on. But the fact is that most of the posters (including myself) are NOT in the entertainment industry in any way, shape or form. Therefore, we're actually not trained or qualified to say whether the plot, writing, scenery, or actor chemistry is "good." However, they (like me) can speak to what we like or don't like in a series, in other words, our preferences. Example being, "one person's "crap" is another person's "masterpiece." LMFAO!
You get it now? That's how this show can be rated lower than Sweet Tooth Good Dentist.
I'm sorry. But that ending sucked! Here are my reasons why:
1) The story allowed for a redemption arc for Prince Kamfa, but not for Prince Bodin. Kamfa was just as evil, if not more so, than Bodin. Even more, Kamfa beat the snot out of his son multiple times and tried to kill Sasin. 2) I guess we can presume (but do not actually know) that Nin (or even Saenkaew) got a divorce and/or Nin returned the family fortune back to Saenkaew or the father? I would guess that those who read the novel might know. 3) Finally, why didn't Sasin pick up the gun when he hit Bodin and of all the places, how did the brother's wife find out where they were? I guess that in her delusional state, she had super detective abilities. DUH!!!
Although the ending sucked, the rest of the series was o.k. What we've come to expect from Thai BLs.
Pin you pissed me soo bad girl... look at rachawadi how she help them but girl, even If i feel sorry for you,…
You might want to remember that this BL is presented like a "1963 lakorn." Pin was betrayed by her cousin whom she loved like a brother and the man she was supposed to marry. What else was she supposed to do? LMFAO!!!
