OK. Why the hell is Jira forever leaving his apartment door wide open! I realize it gets hot in Thailand. But man, he's asking for someone to walk in on him!
This is a question that's been circulating for a while and at some point we thought it might be in their contracts…
Good question! I'm not really sure. But I believe it was AJ that played a BL character in Friendzone and Friendzone 2. Although he was just a support character.
I honestly think that is because he has a twin. Think about it. To get a good "ship" going for a main…
Actually, between the two of them, they've been in more BL series than many other "stars/mains". AJ has been in about 15 BL series (all as a supportive actor) with 2 additional series in the works. JJ has been in about 14 BL series (all as a supportive actor) with 4 additional series in the works. In total, they been in nearly 30 BL series. Wow! To my knowledge, they've only been in 2 BLs together at the same time: He's Coming to Me (as guest stars) and ReVamp, the Undead Story (as support actors). I agree with WilaFox, they both deserve to be the main leads. They've earned it.
Why hasn’t AJ ever been given a main role in a BL series?
I honestly think that is because he has a twin. Think about it. To get a good "ship" going for a main role would mean linking with someone AND also making sure the fans knew it was him being shipped and not his twin. That would be totally confusing! Just my opinion. LOL!
You always seem to find some good even in the worst of BLs. LOL! This was a very interesting review. It was well thought out. It was realistic in its assumptions and presumptions. And, it actually may reflect a "real life" portrayal of friends. GOOD JOB!!
P.S. But I still don't like it and will pass. LMFAO!!!
Agreed! I thought it started out well. Then something suddenly happened with the writing, the plot, everything! Not to mention all of the ads! What were the producers thinking? Answer: pretty-faced boys will sell anything, even a terrible story! LMFAO!
This series was ok. Nothing really special. However, what might have made it go up a notch is to see Boat and Oat occasionally switch roles (Oat is top/Boat is bottom) just like in "real" lgbtq+ relationships! I'm sure Oat/Jun would like to occasionally use his pen*s on Boat's/Sorn's ann*s too! LMFAO!!
IMO, this is one of the best dramas that Off and Gun have had since Not Me. Burnout Syndrome is gritty, adult, occasionally dark, and very sexy. The characters and plot seem just so real. I'm loving every moment of it!
P.S. I do admire that you at least take the time to at least attempt to thoroughly analyze a BL instead of just blindly commenting.
P.S. But I still don't like it and will pass. LMFAO!!!
