This really highlighted some key realities for women at the time, whilst also a bittersweet romance. I loved how individual and well written the female characters were and the personality of the ml, the couple stayed together through thick and thin and he made a swift character development once they got married.
The ending is lovely too, to see the next generation and how she grew old and continued to do what she loved the most which was writing her plays and inspiring more women.
I would really give this drama a chance if I were you and I hope you enjoy it the way I did.
