It look like KBSworld will be subbing it on their youtube channel. However, there will be the obligatory 2 week lag, making the premiere date March 11th unfortunately.

I have actually found a viki page for the show and they have the license (at least in America)! They are uploading the episodes as they air as well so there is no two week lag. ^^

KBSWorld released a teaser on Youtube recently that they will be uploading the drama there. However, like with all their dramas it will be broadcasted two weeks later, meaning the first episode will be uploaded August 30th.

As far as I know they still seem to be chugging along? I am preparing to watch episode 9 right now.
