haha your favorites are also my favorites. You've pretty much watched most of them, but I would also recommend Scarlet Heart (the chinese one). It's kind of slow, but it's a good (but sad) watch for the character development. There's also the Legends, which stars Xu Kai from Story of Yanxi. It was a really cute drama until the last 15 eps which got really funky lol but it was still adorable. Nirvana in Fire is also one of my favorites, but there's no romance and it doesn't catch your attention until ep 30, but if you stick with it, you will love it for its cleverness.

For the first 15 episodes or so, it is mostly the girl making the advances on the guy which to me seemed desperate. They also broke up twice and the reasons for breaking up were really immature. The second time they broke up was because of her mom which is so typical lol. Idk, I think you could just invest time in something better. From what I can tell, you like mature dramas like me and this is definitely not it. But this is my opinion, so it really only depends on you :)

I prefer historical Chinese dramas as well and I did not like this drama. Maybe it's because I like watching something with a more substantial plot and better character development. I suggest you drop the drama because from where I stopped (ep 20), the characters were still cringey and annoying.

This drama sucked Idk why people liked it! The leads had no chemistry and the stuff that happened was just absurd. If you like watching a couple where the guy bullies the girl then this show is for you...

Ahh this was so funny! First drama I laughed out loud in for almost every episode!! TBH at first I hated Soo Ah but she became my fav character by the end!

Omg I really hope it's the same cast!! Yang Zi and Qin Jun Jie are the best together
