At first, I wasn’t interested in this K-drama at all. Then I read the comments and got really curious about what had infuriated so many people and what everyone was talking about. I was sure I’d watch only one or two episodes, hate it, and drop it.
Obviously, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I ended up enjoying it a great deal so far. I’m genuinely surprised by how much I like it. If I had watched the drama before reading the comments, I would never in a million years have guessed it would generate so much backlash.

you know what i thought watching episodes 13 and 14. That he thought the second ex of hyeonji was yoosik and that…
ooooh very interesting theory. I didn't think about that. But you could be right that he thought yoosik is the ex

According to spoilers yooshik is 100 ℅ single right now . he is seen with other girls and at a club ..so lets…
I am absolutely convinced he is on this show because he wants to break up with his ex for good after 8 years. I can imagine one day he realized he got hot and decided he wants to date other women because he now can get them

Title Nice to Not Meet You Spoiler
I skipped a bit here and there and I think I missed something. Why did he delete his Onion account? He knows now that it was her and that she is a fan. Why not just reveal in the Onion chat: "actually, I send someone else and you have been chatting with me all this time. Sorry about keeping my identity hidden".

I only watched 1,5 episodes. But my guess is none of the married women will get divorced. Korea is still too conservative and they will spinn it around like the women where also fault at something and this will be reason to justify their husbands bad behaviour. I hope I am wrong.

Can we please be a bit more careful with spoilers and actually use the spoiler tag?

I love it when a show can still surprise me. It doesn’t happen often. And now two major plot points got spoiled, which kinda kills half the fun for me.

What are you currently watching besides this and exchange 4? While waiting for new episodes I binged Pink Like. I am just looking for recommendations and also curious what you all currently watching. It doesn't have to be a dating show or even a drama from MDL. Can be anything.

Lol no girl they did not think that. A NOONA is an older lady. The men for sure knew the ladies would be ATLEAST…
I know you are not being rude and I agree with you. I am also in my early 30s (31) and it's quite obvious the women are older and the men younger than me. I mean we don't know their age yet but it looks like this to me as well.

I just mean because of the Korean honorific culture, where you adjust your language depending on age, it’s culturally a big deal if someone is older.
You can also notice this when they where asked if they dated older women, and I don't remember who said that, so correct me if I am wrong, but someone answers he had multiple relationships where the woman was more than 1 year older. To them this also is a noona-relationship. (even though it's actually nothing).

So what I actually meant with my comment is: obviously, when they signed up they knew the women would be older. But I think a 25 year old was expecting 28 - 30 but not necessary 37. I think production didn't warn them about the maximum age gap. But I also think they didn't on purpose so there is more drama.

On EXchange Season 4 Nov 3, 2025
I still like this season, but for the next one, I really need the whole cast to want to find a new partner. And there should be at least a one-year gap since their previous relationship ended.

Title 49 Days
it's one of the first kdramas I watched. Years later I occasionally keep thinking about it.

I don't think they have been warned about how big the age difference could be. And it's just not fair to either side. But then again, this is probably exactly why the production most likely didn’t do it because it would create more drama.

*Minor Spoiler*

Does this happen to anyone else?
When the whole episode is just everyone being happy, I actually find it kind of boring. I don’t know why I always feel that way. I really liked it at first, but by episode 8 I started skipping a lot and losing interest.

(Since they’re all so happy and there are still a few episodes left, therefore something big or terrible is bound to happen soon. But unfortunately, I’ve already lost interest.)

*Obviously, I’m not hating on this kdrama, and I definitely wouldn’t give it a bad rating. It’s a perfectly normal, typical rom-com. I just tend to lose interest during the “everything’s great” episodes, and I was wondering if anyone else feels the same way.
