“I have to have you.” After a nonsensical confession, Hee-do begins to avoid Yi-jin. Yu-rim learns the truth and her attitude toward Hee-do changes drastically... The relationship between Hee-do and Yi-jin, who are faced with an inevitable situation, is newly defined.
Is it just me that’s kinda bothered how JW asked HD to leave even when he saw YR being rude not handing her…
YJ doesn’t lecture Yurim like he does to HD because she was the one that left the live conference first which she isn’t supposed to do. It is deemed unprofessional. HD just started her career professionally. That’s why he went to find her that night. It’s a way to save her reputation because we all know how much YJ cares about HD as an athlete & well-being.
He did lecture Yurim but not as passionately with HD. Yurim already has a fanbase & career and HD does not.
There's limits to environment and social factors. The way that KYR is treating NHD is bordering on harassment…
Oh I’m not excusing Yurim behavior. She acts that way to HD only because she sees HD as a threat, so she’s not going to be mean to anyone else. She’s written to be that way. Also, I wouldn’t say Yurim is bullying HD. She is definitely mean spirited but not borderline bullying. HD knows how to handle the situation & always calls Yurim out on her bs. But I agree, I do hope we get to see Yurim at least apologize & reflect about her attitude towards HD. HD is someone who doesn’t hold grudges & does not hate Yurim. I don’t expect them to be best of friends but atleast on good terms.
No offense, but when 2521 was still an upcoming drama, the amount of watchers was bearly 10k. Forecasting love…
SK is basically Netflix son lol. Like he got an entire live stream fanmeet for his fans by Swoon. Yes, by international standard, PMY & SK are very popular.
People forgetting that HD & Yurim are teen girls? Like it’s fine if you don’t like them as character but they act the way they do due to their environment & social standing. It’s clearly intentional from the writer.
HD isn't full if herself, she just trusts herself and her abilities
Her over-confidence is to compensate the lack of support she has. I don’t see it as a character flaw. HD is impulsive and rash sometimes but it makes sense since she’s a teenager that doesn’t know how the world works yet.
Same. I don’t like romance all that much. I think it works here more convincingly because of the development…
I’m really impressed how the main leads are written too. They have depth to them than most romcoms. It helps that it doesn’t read like a rom/com but more like a slice of life/youth drama.
I wouldn’t say HD is full of herself. More like confidence. I mean if everyone around me is always thinking…
But she’s not though? She’s a teen girl going through waves of emotions. Her mom doesn’t even pay attention to her that’s why she’s a ball of spit fire.
It's been a while since I've liked a romance drama this much!
Same. I don’t like romance all that much. I think it works here more convincingly because of the development between the leads, heck they aren’t even in love yet.
