yiseo telling geunsoo she can’t accept his feeling for her but then proceeding to tell saeroyi he has to accept…
She's obviously teasing Saeroy. They had the same conversation up on Danbam Rooftop 4 years ago. Shes reiterating that she pretty much still likes him even he doesnt like her. But maybe shes see something in him thats changed? Saeroy did stop patting her head & its been 4 years later. Maybe hes holding back or not? I dont know lol.

Geun soo knows what kind of person Yiseo but chose to like her anyways even when she told him she didnt like him…
I dont see any relationship as halfbaked maybe stagnant. I mean Soo Ah & Saeroy has known eachother for more than a decade but it stopped at 'i like you'. Its going nowhere between the two. For Yiseo & Saeroy, their relationship isnt romantic but have built something with eachother for 4 years. Theres still 3 ep left. Im curious to see how it plays out.

People need to realize that SRY did not ask for Soo Ah to do anything in return. He was fine with Soo Ah working at J Co. He does not resent her. Like he said love is someting you dont give & take. Is Soo Ah selfish, yes. Does the thing she say is compete bs most of the time, sure lol. But Saeroy is fine with all that. Its up to him what he wants to do now after the timeskip with her. Will he continue to like her like all those times before or is his heart changing? Who knows lol. The same thing can be said to Soo Ah about love not being a give & take thing. She cant expect him to like her forever either when she only likes the idea of him liking her. Yiseo is not entitled to Saeroy's love either even though she loves him. Thats why shes needs the rejection so shell understand. Now shes fine loving him one sidedly. Also Geunsoo is not entitled to Yiseo either.

Also, this ongoing quadruple love angle has been such a whiplashed lol. Lets see what happens in ep 14.

Yes Saeroy is the same way. Thats why I mentioned before he needs to let her go lol. Theyre all not right in the head when it me to relationships. Thats why it was good that Saeroy rejected Yiseo to give her some perspective.

Thats what my initial thought too but when i think about GS, theres some psychological thing happening. For someone…
It also has to do with the actor too. I honestly do not think Kim Dong Hee is a strong actor. The way he emotes expression comes off rather stiff. He isnt good at microexpression. His face doesnt move much lol. He doesnt play a convincing angonist. Him outing Mahyuni is simply because he wants to win, approval from his dad & from Yiseo. It just shows how obess he is with Yiseo. I mean he has to be somewhat not right in the head if he fines being treated terrible by Yiseo lol & rejected many times. I think if the viewers got a glimpse of GS being a bit angry or twisted as a young adult, him being a secret a$$ would be more organic. He did kill ants as a kid lol.

Whoever thought casting real transgender actor/actress into drama is viable.... you had a good dream.First of…
Yes, its not as easy & simple people think. There are definitely transactor in SKorea but coming out so openly is not a viable option. This is someones livelihood on the line. But then again im not from the transcommunity or from the lgbtq community in SKorea so I cant speak on their behalf on what they think of the show.

My issue is that it happen too late. His transition into a bad guy shouldve happened earlier on around ep 8 when he should have left to work for his dad.

This whole turning Geun Soo into the bad guy really isn't sitting well with me. First and foremost I don't really…
Thats what my initial thought too but when i think about GS, theres some psychological thing happening. For someone whos a good kid, he did grew up in a toxic shitty household. Also, him wanting to be friends with Yiseo even though she treats him terrible everytime just shows there is something wrong in his head and how he percieves his relationship with people. He even went back to work for his dad. Its just my interpretation. Realistically, if friend treats you like shit youd leave but GS is not like that. He has a unhealthy mindset. His mom even treats him like a nuisance.

Casting a male actor & dressing him up as a woman would be the same thing with what they did with Lee Joo Young…
Yes, i undestand what youre saying. Yes i did see that you say a transperson should play the role. Its just that you mentioned s male actor playing the role so im just elaborating on it.

@Devils AdvocateIn SKorea, it is not an easy and a simple thing to do to come out as part of the LGBTQ community…
Yes, Transpeople experience 'gender' dysphoria. But then again im not from the lgbtq or transcommunity so what im saying doesnt hold much weight. Im just saying that a cis born male actor shouldnt play the part even though you say they can.

@Devils Advocate
In SKorea, it is not an easy and a simple thing to do to come out as part of the LGBTQ community especially as an actor in the mainstream/public eye. Yes, the show should have casted an actual transwoman to portray the character, no doubt. What im saying is that casting a cis born male actor who is not of the transcommunity/lgbtq isnt any better. They shouldnt play the role either because they dont identify as a transwoman in real life because theyve never experience what its like to live as a transperson.

What Im saying is that the role should be given to a an actor that identify as an actual transwoman. Not a cis male born actor who is not an actual transperson. Also, eddie redmayne got alot of flak for portraying a transwoman because he's not of the lgbtq or transcommunity who experienced the struggle/livelihood/transitoon of a transwoman. Casting an actual transwoman is better. Also transpeople dont have a ' general look'.

Casting a male actor & dressing him up as a woman would be the same thing with what they did with Lee Joo Young on the show. Casting an actual actor who identify as a transperson for the role is more befitting. Btw, the character identify as a woman so it shouldnt be given to a cis male actor.
