Yeah, I kind of agree. And we've seen only two episodes so far and their chemistry is already so strong. Also the tattoo scene, Ichiro's reaction, does it even look like bromance? I don't think so. Probably it's not gonna be explicit bl everyone wants, but it's not just bromance either. Like in some popular Japanese shows that are considered bl, MLs don't even kiss. But it doesn't change anything, we love and watch these shows anyway.
As for episode 2 it feels a little more than bromance but I would't call it bl either. But who knows. Let's wait…
I'm not very familiar with the source material but the manga is not finished yet and the guys eventually get closer and closer with each volume. I don't think they deserve a sad ending, they both have suffered enough already.

This is genuinely good! Idk why it took me so long to finally watch this series. It's entertaining, dynamic, hilarious, emotional, has some unexpected twists. It's definitely worth watching. And rewatching too. It's really fun. The ending is also very satisfying.
