Can’t believe it’s the same Kim Jae won from Hierarchy, he’s doing surprisingly well here and honestly I’m no longer worried about yumi’s cells 3.

I’m on episode 6 and it is really entertaining so far

I could feel it just from the teaser that’s why I’m hesitant to watch this.

The plot-twist with haeeun- freeing herself from the shackles of her misery really makes up for everything. Truly my fav season so far

Edit: this is why you should never come to conclusion before finishing a show. Why was she still crying at the very end? We were all rooting for her but she kept embarrassing herself (over a man that didn’t want her and ignored her when she could do better) even on last minute when she could see everything clearly. What would’ve happened if the ex took her back? she got lucky that it worked out with hyungyu because it would’ve been understandable if he didn’t want her. Her constant crying was so draining to watch that I almost thought she was doing it on purpose because she’s a pretty crier and she must have known that lol.

watching this season made me realise season 4 tried to recreate the dynamic of haeeun- situation. except this feels more genuine because the ppl involved aren’t that much of actors

Glad I wasn’t the only one who care about those 3 dynamics. I too was rooting for heedo/ jiyeon honestly, I got invested when those two started to go out because their dates were fun to watch.

Taei/ jiyeon were interesting, not romantically just their interactions seem really genuine and she really cared about him

And the last one was a surprise and a really good one.

I understand why you’d think he was disrespectful, I just thought it was rather more playful like he was trying to make her jealous/ get reaction out of her. I think she played her cards well by acting a bit “nonchalan” not giving him or the other two any assurance and it looked like he was trying to break that since he’s probably not using to chasing? just guessing

My honest opinion from this season; I think Igoen and Go-eun should’ve kissed. We all know she chose with her brain (totally respect that) but I would’ve chosen the one I’m mostly attracted to and had fun while it lasted lol.

come back to say although I was not huge fan of baekhyun’s behaviour with his ex I still think him and yy looked really good together, just wish the producers would’ve invested in more of their conversions rather than his exes drama

Now that I’ve finished s4 I can say that this would’ve been better if it wasn’t too scripted specially the exes conversations and the whole two exes thing. Too much space was given to exes possible reconciliation. They should call it «reconciliation with your ex». In the beginning it’s fun and concept they tried to sell us in the first few episodes changes as the exes are revealed. Nothing wrong with that but my issue is how many of the contestants are never consistent (expect for perhaps 2 ppl). I understand human emotions are complex but at a certain point you should be able to tell it you want your ex back or meet new ppl, unless it’s dependent on your ability to easily build relationships and put yourself in unfamiliar situations, which imo was for most of the cases here. I strongly believe some of the guys wouldn’t have gone back to their exes (specially the men) if they were to become popular amongs the girls/ were chosen by the ones they fancied. In the case of yoosik; I don’t think he actually liked any of the girls, he just wanted to be out that relationship and should’ve done that without having to force a new one. His behaviour to me was the most natural as he honestly seem to be suffocated with his ex and he never played along with confusing the viewers about his position unlike baekhyun. To no ones’s surprise a lot of the constants decisions were orchestrated by the production. I had to fast forward the dates scenes since it had no meaning specially the Japan ones. thy fumbled when they didn’t turn the special episode into catching up with the contestent like in heart signal.

Not to replay this after a week but I just have to say something; I also found his behaviour and conversations with his ex weird or senseless considering he was claiming to have found interest in yy, yet constantly giving his ex a space for possible reconciliation. I rater thought that was part of the script from the production side, ( dramatised and almost as he was enjoying the situation in contrast with yoosik’s behaviour) also his ex wasn’t really coherent with her emotions either? she chose to go out with someone at end which made no sense?

just finished this season (never watched previous seasons before) please someone tell me how the ending made sense? and I am talking about hyeon wu’s choice??? it’s not coherent with his loveline and the judges conclusion too, how? just when I thought I found a dating show with minimal scripted drama….

the writer seems promising though maybe there’s hope for this one, finger crossed

another kbs family drama I just know I’m going to hate midway/ second half but let’s go
