If the SK Courts adjudicate favorably for Song, the judgment DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY PROVES SONG’S INNOCENCE. The ruling could result: Song and Oh agreed to certain terms, Song’s reps settled with the Courts (possibly for a fee); or a plethora of scenarios.
How many wealthy, powerful, celebrity persons attained a not guilty verdict, when evidence revealed otherwise?
Regardless to statute of limitations, I pray all victims of bullying reveal their experiences; as well as, disclose the identities of the vile despicable criminal perpetrators/abusers.
