Title Bleach Spoiler
I have to leave a comment here because I need to get my thoughts out of my head. I liked the movie for what it was: an adaptation of one of my favorite manga/anime. I could see hints and nods, I thought, to later parts of the manga that never made it into the anime (which was a tragedy). I honestly expected at least some changes, considering they were condensing it and that it was an adaptation. But, that being said, I have some issues with the HUGE glaring holes in the story.

First and foremost, it was NEVER about Rukia being unable to simply 'take her power back'; the whole issue, as setup in the A/M was that she couldn't regen her powers because of the gigai Urahara put her in to hide the treasure-thing (whose name I am not going to try and spell because holy crap). The whole minimization of Sado and Orihime also REALLY bugged me; my favorite episode/some of my favorite chapters were the fight between Orihime and Numb Chandelier, when Orihime unlocked the Shun Shun Rikka. Uryuu's dislike and then sudden liking of Ichigo is SUPER suspect, as well; there were several chapters/an entire episode DEVOTED to them becoming not-quite-frienemies. And what the hell happened to Mizuiro? To Chizuru? We got Keigo and Tatsuki, though only Tatsuki was named. But they're an important part of Ichigo's friend circle. We also got Urahara and Urahara Shoten, but no Tessai, Jinta, or Ururu, all three of whom are important characters later in the manga.

As for the fact this is the first in what is supposed to be a three part movie series... how the hell is THAT going to work? They've completely WRECKED any possibility of them following along the original storyline, and everything was wrapped up rather neatly. I honestly hope they DON'T make a sequel. I mean, don't get me wrong; I loved the casting, and if I don't concentrate too much on my frustration with the story, it was a decent adaptation. But there is still the question of how they're going to do a sequel. Unless the skip COMPLETELY past the Arrencar/Vaizord stories and go straight to the Quincy War. Which. What? Why... okay. I'm going to leave it there, before I hurt my brain too much.

I actually typically only watch stuff with happy endings. I greatly, greatly enjoyed My Bromance the series, and I'm looking forward to whenever they get around to releasing season 2.

Fair warning for a great deal of bad language.

Goodness, what can I say about this series? I think, so far, it's one of my favorites. It's right up there with SOTUS and Red balloon. It had its issues, especially at the beginning, but it really seemed that once the cast hit their mark (probably around ep 6 or so) it really took off. There were some super, super sweet moments in this last episode that just. Ohman. Not realistic at all, but fuck realism.
-The roses. A trunk full of fucking roses. And red roses, too. (Why didn't Yo put the 99 rose bouquet in a vase of water? c'mon, now)
-That fucking hug from behind. Holy shit, though. I love little intimacies like that: kisses on the forehead, holding hands, and hugs (hugs are the BEST, okay??); any excuse, essentially to give little affectionate touches.
-And then. THEN. Pha leaned his cheek against the top of Yo's head, and I was DONE.
-I loved, loved, LOVED Kit and Min in this episode. Kit seems to finally be realizing his feelings for Ming, starting to figure out what his heart wants. Now if only his head would follow suit, I'm sure he wouldn't have as many issues. (but then we wouldn't have an amazing drama, now, would we?? xD)
-Part of me was kind of hoping for the start of Forth/Beam in this episode, buuuut. I'm expecting it EARLY in season 2.

Okay, I'm going to go stew on my emotions for a little bit more. I will probably come back and write an ACTUAL review for this later.

This movie. What can I say about this movie without either screaming expletives or bawling my damn eyes out? It definitely fit my mood for the day (July 20 2017, RIP Chester Bennington of Linkin Park ;_; ugh) but I wasn't expecting it to be as bad as it was. Don't get me wrong, it's a GREAT movie; I actually enjoyed the actors here more than the series, and the linear plotline was TONS easier to follow. But I knew going in that Golf was going to die, and that Bank was going to find out on his birthday. I just didn't know it was going to happen after they both get hit by a freaking CAR. Definitely will watch again if I need a good cry, but man. I don't think my heart could take another hit like this. Hence the reason I am avoiding watching Project S: Spike. UGH! Enjoy, to all those who haven't watched it yet. But keep those tissues close!! You'll need 'em!

If you don't mind me asking, WHERE did you see your spoilers? Apparently, my google-fu has been failing me these days. Either that, or I'm just not asking the right questions.

I think one of the things that I'm loving about this series is how *simple* it is. Don't get me wrong, there are various story threads, but it's not a series that has any major drama, it doesn't pull my heart out and then give it back to me in pieces; it's simple and lovely and sometimes just what the brain needs. Of course there are some definite flaws to the series as a whole, especially with as new to acting as many of the actors are, but I feel like it's going to end up being one of my go-to's when I need something feel-good that won't leave me in upset tears, first.

Wow, Episode 11 was a heart-melter. LOL, those product placements tho.
Lmao I loved AdamUni's 'commercial break' sub for the parts that were basically just that, commercials. I've noticed that seems to be pretty common with dramas, in general. I think the funniest part is when the actors will purposefully tilt themselves/the packaging to make sure we see it clearly, even going so far as to mention it several times... (Oh Lovesick and your Oishi Trendy Rolls.....) xD

It is also highly possible that YouDirtyWater has also read the novel, and/or seen spoilers about the novel. Since, you know, the series is BASED off a novel that is complete and everything...

I love how so many people are "can't wait for the next season" and "this 'was' a good show", like. GUYS. THERE IS ONE MORE EPISODE. BRACE YOURSELVES, MORE IS COMING!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CilTBl9rOPk (please note, the preview isn't subbed since it's coming right off GMM TV's Youtube channel, but you can still get a general gist if you don't know Thai)

Definitely, definitely not as good as the first season. Not entirely sure why they went the direction they did…
He's a talented young actor! I guess it was a good way to flex his acting skills, but goddamn. It seemed like such a waste of a character.

I just watched the 4th ep on the gmmtv YouTube. I'm looking forward to that particular storyline because it seems to be setup pretty good. It saves me from wanting to hang my head against a wall watching the Dance Sport group.

Definitely, definitely not as good as the first season. Not entirely sure why they went the direction they did with Din's character. But that 'hidden scene', though!!! <3 Ahhh everyone got a happy ending, even Friend and Night!! That's always the best <3 Part of me hopes that they do something further with Pick and Rome, but if they don't, leaving it right where it sits is good, too!! <3

Title Water Boyy Spoiler
After watching the last episode (live), I feel... empty : • First, 0 scenes between Khluay and Achi, which…
Dude, I agree with you basically 100%. This show has put me through the freaking /wringer/ and I don't even know why. I think part of it's because I got invested in so many of the characters, and what little progress they seem to have made seems to have been completely taken away in the past one and a half episodes. Pan was doing just fine with her girlfriend, then all of a sudden they're on the rocks (and broken up, apparently, per the damn preview); Khluay apologized to Achi with the seeming intention for them to have, at least, some kind of friendship but there was only the briefest of mentions of Achi in ep 13; Wan and Min are so /boring/ to watch: there's no chemistry beyond what was established early in the series (re: first episode) and it's like beating a dead horse with those two; and then, Fay is pissing me off, and Wai isn't helping my feelings towards her, either.

Am I the only one who truly, utterly dislikes Fay? It seems like all she's there for is to be a foil for the relationship between Wai and Apo, and she's not even a /good/ character. If they'd made her closer to Nune from the movie, they would have had a better time of it.

Gah. I have so many feelings about this damn episode (and this show in general); I think they tried to do too much with it in the time they had. Maybe they should have taken several pages from the 2 Moons writers and kept things /simple/ while building the relationships between the characters. Now /THAT/ is a show that makes me happy!! <3

if they make Fah and Pan end up together i swear.... i'll be mad af. let her be gay ffs.
RIGHT?! I have been screaming this in my head since the freaking beginning!! Plus, I think it would really screw up the friendship that's been built between Fah and Pan. I am still holding out hope that they'll remain friends, but who the hell knows, given what all happened last episode. Talk about major roller coaster.

From what I understand, reading through various forums while trying to look for a translated copy of the novel, the series will be 3 seasons with 12 episodes each.
