If I may add to your excellent synopsis, the colleagues suggested that Adachi helps Fujisaki to pretend as his boyfriend when her mom comes to visit her. Adachi was reluctant at first but at the end he decides to help her. Towards the end, Adachi seems to find his courage to take initiative, move forward and not just being a passerby and stand still like he always did before. That's why at the end of the episode he decides to help Kurosawa facing the angry client. I guess in this episode we see the development in Adachi's character, he becomes more brave and being less hesitant. My Japanese is already very rusty, but hopefully I got the point right.

I thought so too..the clothes is similar to the one in ED scene and also in manga Adachi is 10 mins late to the date, so could it be that he is rushing because he is late? All we can do is (painfully) patiently wait and see..

Yes, in manga it is told how Kurosawa fell for Adachi in the first place. I kinda expect this to be included in the drama as well since it is an important storyline which explains the background of Kurosawa's feelings.

Is this the only drama that you never get bored of watching multiple times and even get better the more you watch it? The more I watched it the more I noticed Kurosawa and Adachi's micro-expressions such as slight expression changes and eye movements. Especially Machida Keita, he is very good in controlling his facial expressions which this role requires him to act restrained on the outside but passionate on the inside. I am impressed.

LOL, isn't it completely normal to have a fantasy over someone you like? Doesn't necessarily make you a pervert though. The thing is Kurosawa is always respectful and considerate towards Adachi and never does anything that makes him uncomfortable. That's a real gentleman.
