i like our main leads, and bom, but can't stand everyone else. none of the villagers are very likeable.

small rant. but minato should’ve talked to tsumugi before making any decisions especially breaking up with her so she could get with sou. both him and even sou a little are making decisions for her now and it’s so annoying to me. tsumugi is a grown woman and if minato was mature he would’ve expressed his concerns and they would’ve made a decision together to break up or not. a relationship isn’t one sided and minato thinking he’s saving the day with this is clearly wrong because now he’s ruined like everything. i know he’s still going to be a core part of the plot but he needs to get it together

this drama is so good and is bringing me out of a kdrama slump. so far i think my favorite episode was episode 3 despite the heaviness of it. episode 5 was okay, not the strongest in my opinion but still really holding up to the rest of the episodes. i might have to rewatch and my feelings may change. however i think it’s good to have WYW struggle with things so it was nice to see. i have high hopes for the rest of the show !!

kijun and yoojin having a happy ending did not sit right with me but i guess 😭 overall the show was okay. don’t think i’d put myself through it again. to me the main couple didn’t have much chemistry and were miserable together and apart. they didn’t have a fun or enjoyable secret relationship which would’ve been what would make this all worth it anyway. i liked hakyung with kijun more and that’s not saying much because he sucked but they got more scenes together and the way some of kijun’s lines read were odd if he didn’t still have some feelings for her or something idk. the happy ending was also okay. i’m unsatisfied but happy it’s over lol

looking back at all the episodes considering the coworkers pretty much found out now from siwoo’s father, siwoo and hakyung didn’t even have a fun secret relationship to make this all worth it. im enjoying the drama, but a lot of the appeal to secret office relationships is the fun and how hot it is and most of the time they were stepping on eggshells besides the one night stand scene.

even though kavin and kaning don’t have screen time, they’re always in contact. whenever we see kaning she’s either texting or on the phone / video calling kavin and i love that even if they’re not showing them interact, we know they are anyway

these last 2 episodes have been my favorite of the show so far! i was getting worried and about to drop the drama but i really enjoyed episodes 7&8!!

i’m honestly underwhelmed with the chemistry of the FL and the ML. despite being a horrendous relationship and i don’t want them back together, hakyung had more chemistry w kijoon. idk if it’s a writing thing or a directorial thing but i keep waiting for the spark between our main couple
