Was very unsure of this one because of a few comments and reviews but still... spearheaded myself onto episode one, and im loving it. Currently four episodes deep and im sold, the balance between unserious witty moments to the more serious ones are well planned and makes for a seamless watch. If any cons, then to me, it could be the beginning. More insight and a longer build up for us to see the ML and FL love blossom but as the episodes go by we get flashbacks here and then so i guess that makes up for it? I'll be back when im at the finish line (Please don't dissapoint me).
For most series I've finished, I normally write a few words or summary of how amazing it was. Flower of Evil i cannot describe. Are you hesistant of watching? Don't. No doubt you'll be attached in no time and be amazed how such a drama exists. Thriller of a lifetime, a orchestral playing with your heart, suspense that leaves no stone unturned... that is Flower of Evil.

Yep ðŸ˜ðŸ˜‚ after this one, Vigilante broke my drama slump after that Welcome to Samdalri ... Re-watch it then…
Hahah, it doesn't suprise me it takes close in terms of quality type of series to break the slump. Flower of Evil currently broke my slump by slowly taking an episode at a time (i dont want another slump ðŸ˜) but im planning a rewatch soon cause i already miss Chang Wook and Ha Joon's bromance...
From my experience, It's good. Short. And sweet. Sets up for a potential season 2.
It doesn't try to do too much with the material it has to work with and gives you 6 episodes which was to me enjoyable and fun. Kyo Hwan was a little underwhelming to me but that's fine, both FL suprised me positively since this is my first show i see them act in.
Very few shows can have leads acting their hearts out, this including supporting characters.
I'm kinda sad It's over now that i finished it, i wanted it to continue so bad i almost forgot i was at the last episode (12). Wow. Still in shock over that ending but thankful that i could experience a somewhat different kdrama from what i usually watch.
I haven't see so much hate for an actress in so long damn but don't get sad or feel bad if she commit sucide like…
This is extremely overreactive, objectively she is not doing her job well as of right now in the current show she is hired to act in. It's the same for everyone in this business, but infact its better for her to become a better actor and continue recieving honest thoughts just like she is getting right now in the form of "criticism".
This tunnel view of; Criticism = Suicide is outright wrong and shouldn't be something taken lightly.
Criticism is a part of the acting world, this actor PERSONALLY did not impress me in the least on "The Impossible Heir". I was going to say hopefully she can improve but that all depends on the uncertainty of her aquiring new roles in the future.

Is this what you call a drama-slump ?

The main leads dont die.
The ending (speaking from my experience) is fantastic and sets itself up for the next season suprisingly well!
Having also watched The Glory, there is bullying that made me feel troubled in this series too.
Hope i answered your questions, hope you enjoy D.P. as much as i did.
(PS. IF YOU REACH THE LAST EPISODE OF S1 WATCH UNTIL AFTER CREDIT ROLLS)
Season 3... I'll be there.
