I'll be honest, I'm conflicted. I think from the start it was very clear that Amber wss Wen Wen, and I was very excited if apprehensive at the thought of getting some trans representation. Then episode 9 came along, and I feel like they did a very bad job at explaining that he was intersex by claiming it as a "disease". I don't know, I think the struggles portrayed were important and a nice conversation starter, and the rest of the episodes were fine, but that part didn't feel right.

I have not slept at all. I just finished this series and oh my god, it's one of the best things I've seen in ages. Not perfect but it's still outstanding. I'm actually sad I finished it because that means there's no more episodes. If you haven't watched it do yourself a favor and do it now.

Yes! A lot of things don't make any sense. The series has had many plot holes up until now, but the ones in the last episode were so ridiculous I'm not sure I can keep ignoring them lol

yes thank you! i thought i was the only one that had issues with that scene. Poon probably had a concussion or something and Athip just tucked him into bed. like what, he could've died! the whole scene was ridiculous lol

i agree with the others, it does get better. the characters are bonkers, but sweet and so genuine it hurts. overall i would say it's in the list of best bl series out there. the secondhand embarassment never really goes away, but still, give it a few more episodes

I wondered if people were exaggerating when they said this is a bad series, so I decided to watch it. They really weren't, and though this isn't the worst series I've watched, it's still terrible.

They'll likely release it with subs after it's finished, like they did with Love Stage. Not the best strategy on their part, but whatever

I was hesitant Iike you too, but it does get better. I love these crazy characters and I will say that the series does a lot in terms on subverting certain drama clichés and giving us a wider range of characters. You just have to embrace the madness and by episode 4 you'll be used to it.

The second hand embarrassment doesn't go away though. I actually still haven't been able to watch certain scenes lol

Yes! The tantrum scene, I really did not care for it. I had to look away because Toh was acting like a five year old and that's not cute at all

Yeah, Sky's "friends" were the absolute worst. Like who even does that?? They basically started attacking Jao as soon as they met him. Show a modicum of courtesy at least. Though a part of me does think that Sky should've talked to his friends first; it would've helped get their initial reactions out of the way at least

Do you know which episode it was that Nuea talked about past encounters? Cause I don't remember that happening
