Liu Ruo Gu is a very good actor... i didn't even know he potrayed both of the twins, so i was very confused why…

I think they just used a body double or something. If you watch it again, you'll notice that only one twin's face is showing on camera while the other's hidden.

From what I've heard, the creature in the book vs the movie are very different. So I think the Korean version could do whatever they want.
