I think that patpran knows that Wai was the one who dropped the curtain because as pran is the sound man and i'm pretty sure he knows that the these things are controlled in the sound room. As for why they didn't confront Wai about outing them.. I guess maybe Pran feels more "guilty" about keeping it a secret from Wai as compared to being outed. The reason why they kept it a secret from their friends was mainly due to the faculty rivalry anyway and not because they are gay/dating a guy. So that's why instead of being angry, Pran is feeling apologetic instead.

Yes wai's redemption was def rushed. I kinda hope that in later episodes Wai will come to find out about Pat and Pran's family tension, then he'll realise why Pran wants to hide things AND THEN he will finally apologize for what he has done. It'll be great if Wai can even come in to help in resolving the family tension seeing as how Pran's mum loves him.

To be fair, we have no idea how way back pran and wai goes. We know that Wai became Pran's friend when he moved away so maybe Wai had provided the emotional support that Pran needed during his hardest time. Maybe Pran had always confided Wai in everything so Pran not telling Wai about him dating Pat was a blow to him. That being said, I still didn't like how he had to expose Pran and Pat like that no matter how angry he was.
