You know, I was thinking, since EP1, Wai has been portrayed as a VERY impulsive person (he acts on his negative feelings IMMEDIATELY). He was the one who shot his finger at Pat and gang, ready to start a fight at any given time, wants to bash Pat up for being Paa's gf???, even in the latest ep 9, he almost got into a fight with orange rugby player before Korn stopped him. This impulsiveness could have caused him to out them on the spot. He could be thinking, "you want to hide right, well, hide no more" which was unfortunately, very evil for him to do so.

And you're right, its never okay to out someone, whichever way. Even if this world is non-homophobic, I would never choose to out ANYBODY's relationship without their consent.
