That’s what I said, at first he did voluntarily go back when he saw the door has colors so he thought he could do something to change the past to save his senior, he talked about this to his wife that he saw the door has color maybe this time he could do something. Then eventually the past consumed him to the point he had no longer can control of his power.

actually he does have savior complex, it’s shown when he was kid he tried so many times to save the kitten but couldn’t. Yes, he’s consumed with guilt from the past, but when he saw the door was in color and he could get out from the hospital, he was trying so many times to change the event to save his comrade. He voluntarily went to the past in beginning to make change when his late wife said nothing change and please focus on present, only then because he was too consumed on the past, his superpower became involuntarily and he couldn’t contol it, then the accident happened and he no longer wanted to go back to the day Ina was born. Now that he knows Da Hae said he might had saved her in the past, he feels the “hope” to live so that the could save Da Hae and feels useful of his power.
I think most of viewers are frustrated on how many years he had been neglecting his daughter ever since she’s born and the moment he made some effort, he’s more focused on winning the girl’s heart and wanting to go back to past to save her rather than focusing on his own daughter in the present time.
How am I gonna root for this couple when I dislike both of them? actually now I hate the ML more than FL because his obsession on going back to the past to save someone is really getting on my nerves.
When the homeroom teacher called him, he took time to answer just to give jacket to Da Hae? Am I supposed to think it’s sweet of him? like duhh no! It just shows how he prioritizes other things other his daughter. When Da Hae said all she wants is for her father to be happy, he immediately concludes that he will go back to the past and save Da Hae?? She was giving him advice to be happy for him to be able to be a good father. 😅

about the mom, I don’t like her not because she’s using her power to gain wealth, but because she’s also obsessed on the family’s superpowers and her doubting Ina is not GJ’s daughter was such a jerk move. She’s also control freak and if the family got scam (which they’re not), I would totally blame on her. I agree on Ina that she didn’t tell her family because she wanted to see her grandmother to be miserable of her own action.

This and what icks me more apart from FL being a scammer is that he’s stuck in the past and wanting to “save her” when that particular moment is what causing his marriage to fall apart. Like dude is obsessed on using his power to save someone from the past, like go save your own daughter for God’s sake!! She’s been neglected since she’s a baby.
I just can’t warm up with FL character yet, like she’s interesting at first but the moment she’s using Ina & manipulating the future about the marriage registry form, that’s when I somehow can’t tolerate her anymore.
Ironically, the ones that keep me watching this drama are Ina and Dong Hee. I’m invested in Ina’s storyline and development and hopefully more scenes of the father-daugther patching things up. Whereas Dong Hee, she’s interesting character and quite observant. I hope she will get to fly again regardless her weight.
This drama has the same director as Revenant and Flex X Cop, no wonder apart from the storyline, I really love the production of this drama. The settings, the emotions, the cinematography are all perfect so far! (I’m on ep 6)

I think it might be because they can’t use the word Cinderella in english title because Cinderella is trademarked, that’s why they have to change it. Even previous title they put Cinde Fxxx Rella to avoid any IP issue. For korean title, I guess it’s fine because they’re using hangul and the way it pronounces in Korean also sounds a bit different

Just started this drama and I’m on ep 2! I love it so far and I love their friendship so much 🫶🏻 I know they all have their own issues, but their friendship is so precious. Kim Hwan is such a big brother vibe.
