Well the plot twist about Matthew Lee is not making me feel like wow mind blowing, but rather disappointed and what a lackluster revelation. I know a lot of things happened in this drama did not make sense, but this revelation is just weird to me and made me sudden lost interest to continue further.

Title The Worst of Evil Spoiler
A lot of people are saying that he did it because he didn't want his wife to feel guilty that Gicheul would commit…
GC would try to kill himself again in prison even if they stopped him there, you can see it in his eyes, he doesn’t have the will to live anymore and it resulted the same that EJ would feel more guilty of his death. I also read some comments below it’s also due to his religion as a Christian, it’s a sin to kill yourself and you won’t have a chance to enter heaven, so JM is stopping him from comminting more sins. If GC did it, EJ would feel responsible for his death for the rest of her life.

even if JM shot him on his arm to stop him from killing himself, do you think GC won’t do it again once he’s in prison? JM knows GC well now, you can see in his eyes that he doesn’t have hope to live anymore. His dream has all crashed.

It’s drama and what a coincidence that he could meet them at the intersection. But he knew the route from office to Gangnam police station and EJ told the Chief Prosecutor Cho that she’s following them, so she might have told Chief Prosecutor Cho where they are.

Title The Worst of Evil Spoiler
He actually started killing people when him and JKC got cornered that night when they were driving and were attacked.…
That incidet, he only shot them at body parts that would not kill them, but just injured. There’s a scene after that when he asked about the gang and they were only injured, not killed and he was relieved. Which also reason why the leader was only in hospital and Gi Cheul asked Chief Seo to kill him later on. After that incident, he didn’t even let Gi Cheul to kill the rat but he just hit him with baseball bat.

Title The Worst of Evil Spoiler
that was the point of the drama , who really is the worst of the evil ... gicheul was already going to kill himself…
If he wanted a promotion, he wouldn’t even let Gi Cheol go in the beginning. The cops could just arrest everyone including Gi Cheol because he was there. Just like Eui Jeong, Jun Mo also started to care about Gi Cheul and he gave Gi Cheul a chance to run away just like how he asked Hae Ryun to hide and start a new life.

Title The Worst of Evil Spoiler
I’m on JM’s side when he said to EJ that she would be more helpful if she could just stay away from the case. I get it, she’s concered about JM, but she made things complicated and JM started to kill people because she was there. JM also became more edgy and wanted to wrap up the case as soon as possible because he wanted to make sure EJ is safe, so he could go back to her. She met with GC more often that she was instructed for as an undercover cop, so yeah towards the end, she’s not being professional.

At the end, all she could see is JM has changed from a warm person to heartless person when somehow she’s the one who caused him to be like that.

Title The Worst of Evil Spoiler
can someone explain to me why he wouldn't just shoot gicheuls hand?He was hesitant to kill anyone throughout the…
He already changed after ep 9, after killing those gangsters to save Eui Jeong. He had to shoot first before Gi Cheul killed himself so that Eui Jeong wouldn’t live in more guilt for the rest of her life. Everything Jun Mo had done so far is the bigger reason, for Eui Jeong, even since beginning when he decided to join this investigation. But Eui Jeong just couldn’t see it, all she could see is Jun Mo has changed to someone she doesn’t know anymore and Jun Mo is the cruel person who killed Gi Cheul.

The most useless and selfish guy is Cho Chang Sik. I hate him to the core. He couldn’t care less about his subordinates at all, just his freaking case because he wants to score big. Everytime he appears on the screen, my heart boiled like you should die instead of Captain Seok.

Title The Worst of Evil Spoiler
Hwang Min Goo deserved to what happened to him. I think it’s kinda stupid of him to ask Hae Ryun where is Seung Ho/Jun Mo and to arrest him?? Like obviously Jun Mo is undercover when higher up from Narcotics dept’s Captain Seok Do Hyung was involved, of course Jun Mo would be covered by someone higher. Like who did he think he is to make Jun Mo rot in jail? I find that plot quite ridiculous tbh

I love it so far but I think it’s kinda ridiculous that only 4 of them (includes Eui Jeong) know and involve with this investigation. Like it’s such a big deal and they only sent Jun Mo without back up?

So many things happening in the last two episodes. It’s kinda sad that they really killed Kanmorue just like that, no spirit horse to prove Eunseom is Aramun Haesulla, just the sword.

I’m happy that my ship Nunbyeol & Nosunaho seem to be sailing. He’s attracted to her and wants to help her. My heart is happy to know that there will be a chance of Neanthals blood to carry on. 💙

To be honest, I still don’t understand why Rottip met up with Shahati and the fact that Saya killed Rottip, I was like???? Why? What just happened?

Things will not be the same with Tagon not around, but we know his ending with the prophecy of when mirror reflects the sword, it’ll be the end of Tagon. Which is why he knew he’s lost but Tagon put up a good fight until the end. Tagon and Taelha are indeed extraordinary couple and their love is just way too complex.

I know this is bad, but I kinda like Saya brought Arok to Tagon to save Tanya and Tagon be like I thought you’re a righteous person? I like that Tagon could feel a moment how others felt when he threatened others using their kids.

I love the part when Tagon acknowledged that at the end, the real winner is Tanya. This brings back to memories in S1 when Tagon first met Tanya and she was putting curse to others and Tagon was like let’s see how this will end. How tables have turned in 10 years.

I kinda hate that Saya wasn’t there when Eunseom was announced as Aramun Haesulla. It was only Eunseom and Tanya, kinda wish the writer make Saya to change side and be together with his twin brother. It would be a perfect picture if all the children of prophecy lead Arthdal, but oh well, Saya doesn’t change. He only seems good for a moment to save Tanya, that’s it. I guess the writer has a plan if this ever has S3, there will be more stories unfold on Ikomahis and the other country, which might be where Hae tribe was from.

If they proceed for S3, I know the dynamics might change a bit since Tagon will not be around, but I’m curious on this other country and Father of God that Saya could ask anything and he would fulfill? Both Saya and Taelha want to take over Arthdal, so I wanna know how it would be. And please let Sunho keeps on playing as Arok in S3 if there will be one. 😆

Yes she’s the strongest creature because she’s Neanthals & knows martial art, but I think you underestimated…
I think we can agree to disagree.

I stand with my opinion that she’s strong and fast, undeniable, but Tagon put up a good fight as well to defend himself because he’s fast as well and he already fought with so many Neanthals before this when his troops swiped off Neanthals, so he knows how to defend himself from Neanthals’ attack.

As for why Prince Arok stabbed her to stop her, he learned from his own mother to kill and use a knife to solve things (shown in earlier ep). All he could see is Nunbyeol, a maid who had been attending him is attacking his father, so he just wanted to put a stop and then he begged her because he knew he was helpless, Nunbyeol is strong enough and could kill his father with another strike when Tagon was already lying down injured.

Nunbyeol could have killed Arok for stabbing her, which is why Tagon also begged her not to kill her son because he knew Nunbyeol could easily do that. The storyline aligns for so long to show that Neanthals are not monsters, not like what Arthdal claimed for a long time. Nunbyeol is not a monster which is why she couldn’t kill Tagon in front of his son, and she couldn’t also kill Arok as he’s just an innocent child.

Nevertheless, you can still uphold your opinion. Good discussion tho 👌🏼
