Yes, he is an excellent actor and he deserves recognition for his serious commitment to his craft. Now, I'm really…
Fair enough. It's not a lame reason, it's just interesting because every Jing fan happens to not like either Cang Xuan or Xiang Liu. I'm the completely opposite, I find Jing and his YaoJing relationship absolutely revolting in terms of lacking character development and depth compared to the other two MLs. So I wanted to understand the other side :)
Ohhh it's the King's birthday today! Along with Earth Day/ World Environment Day! Happy birthday to the King of the World! No, not Jack Dawson. The one and only Zhang Wan Yi! 🎂💖🍃
I hated his character in lost you forever but literary liked him as an actor. Normally I normally love actors…
Yes, he is an excellent actor and he deserves recognition for his serious commitment to his craft.
Now, I'm really curious about what you hated in his character. He's one of the most complex characters in Lost You Forever, filled with contradictions and relatability to the point of looking like a real-life damaged person trying his best in a savage world. Not to mention he is the main male lead of LYF, with one of the most interesting character arcs. I'm interested in hearing your thoughts about him.
So, since today seems to be Xiang Liu Appreciation Day for some reason, let me add a little something to this very auspicious day 👇🏻
Xiang Liu (相柳)
ADJECTIVE
“Why are you being so xiangliu? This is absurd and it won’t make a difference.” * having or showing dogged determination not to change one’s attitude or position on something, especially despite good arguments or reasons to do so. “A xiangliu refusal to learn from experience”. Obstinate, stubborn.
VERB
“Wow, you really decided to xiangliu everyone today”. * to hold the attention of (someone) to the exclusion of all else or to transfix them. “She was xiangliued by the red eyes that stared so intently into her own”. To mesmerize, to captivate.
“Did you see how much he xiangliuled because of her?” * to give up (something important or valued) for the sake of other considerations. “Working hard doesn’t mean xiangliuling your social life”.
NOUN
“He really has so much xiangliu for her”. * an intense feeling of deep affection. “Dogs bring people so many feelings of xiangliu”.
I cannot wait for this to air there are so many scenes from the novel that I'm anticipating..
Your little watchlist tells me everything I need to know about the scenes you're anticipating, Little Penguin. Also who's that in your profile pic? Hmmm, I swear I've seen that little pretty penguin somewhere before. 😋
Anyway, thanks for your reply! ✌🏻

HELPPPPP
Great analysis as always.
But to answer your question, the one she ended up with is not the only one she loved. Much less "with all her heart".
