i feel like fans will come up with anything to defend the plothole. But is it in the text itself? Did the text show/explain what Sunny is thinking of?

The bad thing about this series is they want revenge but they are so passive and do nothing. They have no plans. And then Jay goes to America, and there will be a deus ex machina in ep 10 that solves everything. Any story that has a deus ex machina ending is really bad writing. Honestly the bad guys deserve to win, at least they do things.
