I’m really enjoying this series. I dropped tutoryim series in the past because they are horrible. This one doesn’t have the best plot, but I like the vlog style. It’s low stakes, it’s soothing. I like an exciting story but Sometimes I just want to relax and not get excited, and chermchey offers that charm. Yim is really cute. I hope they can get a proper series with budget in the future.

I love how the top is played by a tanned manly guy in crewcut. It’s different from the leading men type in China: fair, frail, skinny, fringe, pretty. Don’t get me wrong, I like the feminine men too. But I think there should be diversity in drama and all types are valid. Skinny, fat, muscular, tall, short, dark, fair - they all should deserve to play leads if they can act.

Thought it ended nicely at ep 9. Did not know I needed ep 10. But the director knew it better than I did. I did need ep 10 for closure. It was perfect. Thank you to the director for the wonderful pacing and foresight. Also the actors are amazing. Thanks for making Spring 2026 memorable.
