At first I was disappointed about the documentary style of first ep but From the trailer of ep 2, ep 2 onwards seems different. I’d give it another chance for ep 2.

They are filming a documentary about this gay couple. But the gay couple lied to the crew the whole time, they actually broke up before the documentary.
Firstly, This series is to pander to Filipinos and westerners and South Americans, right? Because what does Catholicism have to do with Thailand? They should have set it in a Buddhist monastery. Why can’t Thais just highlight their own culture, instead of being so insecure and pander to others
Secondly, this Catholicism theme is done to death in Filipino BL and western movies. It’s boring and just copying the Taiwanese movie, “Your name engraved herein.”
What a waste to use gemfourth this way. Aof has some brilliant bl before, but this one isn’t it.
This show is really a bad execution of a good idea. Go watch Japanese BL “chosen home.” It’s a similar concept where there are subplots going on, but the BL love is still central to the story. “My grandpa is a bl writer” is just awful, only 5 min in one ep showing the bl couple’s interaction.
Why are ALL OF THEM SO SEXY???? I can’t choose!!!! Also MondRyu is so cute! AND OAB!!! Finally in a PROPER BL. (i know he acted in bl before, been following him since his volleyball bl but this is the first time he’s actually gay-gay.)
