i watch this drama bc im exploring new dramas and i watched bftb starring hou minghao. what on earth was that first ep im gasping for air

"the blood of youth" and "blossoms in adversity "express package (by youku) had ep 36-40! lets hope the double also gets an express package of ep 36-40!! i have doubts with this happening since both dramas express packages were announced to public days before, but now for the double, there is no announcement yet lol

watched this drama for jjy since im literally obsessed with her beauty, literal eye candy ❤️
anyways i watched mainly the first 18 eps then i skip skip skip to ending since it was kinda boring and slow for me to handle halfway HAHAHA

in summary of what i watched/rmb:
- fl switched bodies (face swap)
- fl having a hatred towards ml thinking he murdered her og body
- fl working with ml to find out the murderer of her og body
- fl and ml work together to find clues of murderer/other crime cases
- ml eventually finds out who fl ACTUALLY is ard ep 20+
- romance quite slowburn
- suspense in the first few eps were great

is situ jiuyue's face ai generated onto the scenes? i read on weibo that the original actress was jiang yiyi who had some tax evasion scandal so yuzheng hired zhao qing and used her face onto the og actress face?

so sad, its bc of china's strict regulations and restrictions. nowadays only max 40 ep and shd be less than 45 min. If show needed more then 40 eps, they need to make season 1 and season 2! the season 2 will only be aired like 1 year later just like "lost you forever" seasons 1 and 2

Can someone pls tell me why this drama is bad? I wanted to watch this and even put it on my "plant to watch" last year! but bc of all the complains i see, im hesitant to watch it since i easily drop dramas 😭😭

i stopped watching cdramas for like 4 months then i came back just for this drama HAHA honestly i really liked this drama bc of its revenge plot and the ml + fl flirting scenes!
i think for next drama im gonna wait for "kill me love me" and "fangs of fortune"
