Rewatch this realize Tian Yu is too underrated

This is one of my earliest drama i watched on Chinese short drama and i tried to rewatch again and i still love it.

I like how Tian Yu way of making FL are being strong woman even she got cheated by her ex she stills kick her ex and his mistress without any mercy. She is such a baddie (Kind of miss her recent drama). ML was being good husband and good partner. No doubt with Yu Long chemistry with Tian Yu is dazzling and quite strong like their first drama.

The only letdown on this drama is hidden identity plot is too dragged and it would make viewer bored.

Nothing special.

I watched since i like Wang Ziyi but i need to be honest about my review about this drama.

Plot is about FL who married thrice in her first life, first one was died saving SFL life, second marriage is same as first one he slipped on the cliff while picking flower for SFL. The third marriage is just common marriage but on his husband deathbed he said his last word he regrets marrying FL and love SFL instead and died. Feeling despair, she suddenly got her second life.
In her second life, she wont choose his previous husbands on first life and choosing ML who was illegitimate child of rich family.

For plot progression, it was actually quite fast with usual formula about scheming SFL who wants to take FL family property and FL asked her dad to fire SFL dad since they would be betraying them in the end. I quite like FL characterization and her focus was not about romance and try to sever her ties with those three childhood friends.

For the romance, the chemistry between Wang Ziyi and Xiong Yunhao is still lacking as usual and yeah another fake kiss strikes again. The couple scene is boring part on this drama.

Still deserve to watch only once.

Generic drama

I watched it in 2024 and tried to rewatch to give my review so here is my review. I barely knew any leads name until one year late i found out it was Wang Jiamao and Liu Nian.

The plot is classic tale about FL who got cheated by her fiancé and she knows she was not her current family real daughter. But her biological family is more richer then her previous family. FL wants to take revenge to her previous family and her ex fiancé for humilation

There is too much conversation from FL and her previous family and the development between male lead and female lead chemistry was not potentially shown due the unimportant conversation. The comedy still has slapstick though. Funny but its not my comedy code.

Still recommend to watch for both of actor fans.

Lovely Drama that you could rewatch

I watch this because of Peng Yao and the cat i got know Li Zijie from this work. Huang Wenbo did well as supporting male lead.

The plot is about FL who got curse to become a cat after 7 PM because she accidentally kissed ML who was her boss. ML who got trauma by cat always dreaming being scratched by cat. FL actually likes SML but she slowly fall in love with ML. The character development between Male Lead and Female Lead was equally fine and i quite attached to SML since he is genuinely good guy. The costume and white cat is cute and This drama is like cotton candy.

Recommend to watch if you want light romance.

Compare to all version, Chu Mian-Li Tian Que version is the best

I watch since i enjoy Jia Yixuan banter with Zhen Ziqi. Even the plot lack romance scene but the dynamic duo between was undeniably strong compare to another version (Ma Xiaoyu andd He Jianqi version lacks the dynamic duo on the adaptation).

The plot is about FL who being punished by her family due her bad luck and make her other precious child luck more better and make her as crazy person for the asylum to keep her on the island. ML found FL and decided to save her despite know her identity was not simple since FL resemble her belated older sister.

Even there is tug-of-war between ML and FL i like ML still try to respect FL despite him want to kiss her so bad (in the end ML like to choking FL while FL was not afraid of everything)

Such a classic chinese short drama that decent to rewatch.

Decent adaptation with underwhelming ending

Okay since i already watch this drama more than twice i want to write it based from my recent viewer.

The plot is about classic Beijing prince plot FL was keeping ML as his mistress and try to stop by paying amount of money and villa while ML was actually Prince of Beijing. FL come back to see her husband aka SML with green tea aka FL fake friend, make sarcastic remark and want to divorce. FL informs her divorce to ML family and defend FL.

I quite like how ML family still defend FL for his own family mistreatment toward FL and despite FL fake friend. FL surrogate and real family was being annoying as hell.

The first scene was too hot and steamy as Zeng Hui and Han Yutong acts as themselves. (The scene when FL was laying on ML crotch was so sensual)

The ending scene was kind underwhelming since they didn't show how they end together and reminiscing their past

The sole point is going for Ma Qiuyuan

This is one of my earliest drama i watch and i enjoy Female Lead acting as carefree ML. The chemistry between Ma Qiuyuan and He Jianqi is shown in this drama even He Jianqi acting skill still obviously lacks compare to Ma Qiuyuan.

The plot is generic about FL who was substitute lover got her contract ends as ML lover comes. FL wants to give up her love and decide to leave ML. ML agrees but dissapointed in his heart since FL didn't want him anymore. ML wants to pursue FL love again.

The ending is not to bad for earliest short drama works and misunderstanding between the lead was too dragged and long.

Generic plot with forced ending.

I was on Song Yujia festival and decide to watch without seeing her Male Lead name. Huang Haowen usually plays sweet and noble Male Lead and tried to challenge himself by playing scumbag Male Lead.

The plot is usual about FL who was tired for ML indifference to her when they are married and want to divorce him. ML was her sponsor on TV News and want to stand by herself and there is SML who helps her to get another sponsor since ML was sponsored his mistress instead.

Unfortunately, Huang Haowen and Song Yujia did't have chemistry. But i feel bad for SML, his backstory was being wasted by inconsistent FL. The ending was expected but it feels too forced since ML didn't redeem himself. I don't like the ending absolutely.

Female Lead is most T person in duanju

The plot was actually common on short drama story about fake daughter who being dotes by rich family for 18 years while poor student who actually genius found out she was biological child of one of richest family on the city so she just want to focused on her study since they have money for paying her intuition. She wants to get along with her biological family but she still loves her orphan family and the grandma. The plot has no romance which my point plus to watch. I like goal driven Female Lead who are not swayed by rich bougie Male Lead who adores her. Fake daughter is the antagonist who wants to get FL family and ML attention. My favorite part is where FL comes again to orphan and want to hug grandma because deeply she hurts by her biological family attitude because no matter how strong FL looks she was hurt by that but it makes her stronger. There is generic plot about brother and fake daughter.

Recommended to watch, if you want to see goal focused FL.

Chop Advertising Drama

First if you want to promote the collagen cream with kind of generic plot of duanju world, Your brain is not getting enough oxygen since its not good idea and not related at all. Did you have desire to buy it after watch that? NO.

The generic plot means FL was being mentally challenged person and getting married to cold ML, ML only used her for surrogate mother. Green tea comes and ask FL to go since ML didn't want FL again. ML asks FL to sign divorce letter and FL just sign it and go with designated driver that green tea prepared to kill FL. FL got accident and suddenly remember she is rich heiress and called her dad. She give birth to twins but one of the twins didn't breath so her dad just leave it (WTF?!) on the street. ML found the baby was actually breath slow and rescue him.

The plot is quite generic even Zhang Chuxuan did not saving the grace of this advertising drama. Lei Yihao actually acts fine as scumbag ML but i don't like the ending since he didn't get any retribution for every bad deeds he do to FL.

Another example of wasted reverse harem

I quite like otome type of drama about reverse harem 1 FL and 4 ML. Tian Xinya (Biscuit Lala) got her main role after being vicious supporting role. I only know about Cao Tinkai and barely know Wu Tianhao at that day.
This is almost have same case with Mermaid story but they only focused on 2 ML (Cao Tiankai & Wu Tianhao) and too much cut so we got jumpy plot which make people confused (specifically Yang Cheng Han and Cao Tiankai scene like what happened). And the mysterious ML is not necessary just to add cherry on the top chaos. Tian Xinya got zero chemistry with anyone even Cao Tiankai who always shown his body didn't help too much for the chemisty The ending is crap like the just want to rushed everything.

Underwhelming drama

I quite enjoy girl disguised as boy theme of drama. (From my watch the decent one is Jia Yixuan Sun Yue one) and I need to be honest: It was underwhelming for iQiyi drama.

I quite like Wen Moyan and her revenge plot about who is killed her brother. But for female lead development, the character growth deteriorated to become helpless. Male Lead are not helping too much and drowned with his own jealousy. The chemistry between her and Zhang Tingrui still lacks compare to her previous dramas Male Leads which is unfortunate since both of them are quite good looking. The SML plot troupe has potential but they ended him just like that.

There is no climax on the story and the ending is too rushed.

Quite decent plot but lack of chemistry destroy it.

I personally have binge of watching Ashang and found the school drama plot. The Male Lead is Shen Haonan, even he is not my personal taste of actor i like i still believe on his acting skill. Plot is quite interesting so i try to watch it.

The Plot is about FL who hopelessly fall in love with ML confessed to him but he is just being cold toward him. On their campus time, somehow FL wants to have sex with ML and they have shotgun marriage. FL had miscarriage and comes to ML speech and seeing ML crush also in there and feeling sad. FL died for accident and regret her life for being stupidly in love with ML. She was reborn and swear not to close to ML like her first life while actually ML also reborn and try to pursue FL love again.

As long as I like their acting, but their chemistry stills lacks, which is my letdown for this drama. The FL self growth was satisfying to watch since she choosing focusing on her self and not to go same campus as him. The Plot pace is not to slow and quite fast. I quite like SML and hope FL ends up with SML since he is not too scumbag even in her first life.

If they have better chemistry, i will give this drama rate 7,5. I still recommended since its good drama.

Rare case for decent mission drama without scumbag system.

I personally like Wang Gege comedic drama so this is one for me. Wang Kaimu has an eagle eye for choosing script in 2025.
Since its their first collaboration that has aired (actually its second time when they were shoot this but i consider this as first time), i expected both of them have a chemistry and it turns out i was right about that.

The Plot is about FL dies after failed on her fifth time mission to get SML fall in love with her. So she (and the system) change her target to ML aka SML uncle.

I quite like Wang Gege character growth from helpless NPC into hopeless strategic. Luckily the system was not too scumbag and give mercy to our main leads, unlike other mission drama. Wang Kaimu always nailed as CEO role so it's a piece of cake for him. For mission role drama, they successfully put the premise and conclusion without getting too many plot holes and make the viewer confused.

Recommended to watch.
