Ye Haoran make the character look same as his other dramas
I want to watch this and expected another Ye Haoran without his younger brother persona. But he looks like spoiled children instead of mafia. The supporting role acting is quite old-style and still stiff. Female Lead didn't have any charm and her characterization is too weak compare to other same adaption. Even High School Assesment Drama are better than this!
I watched it when i want to make some review and i remember i dropped this drama before since all of casts acting are unbearable to me. No chemistry, Only Lust and obvious budget-tight drama. Female Lead is too weak and All the brothers are creep. Nothing could save this drama and they deserve their own Razzie award!Was this review helpful to you?
Promising plot but cannot continue this
I tried to watch Wang Yilei since my fellow friend recommend him. And the thing i cannot bear to watch are the female lead (no hate to her she is so pretty but she need improvement especially with her wooden expression and same tonal speaking. I suggest her to do second lead to improve her acting skill). The plot are promising but i cannot watch her same expression. Dropped this.Was this review helpful to you?
Boring drama
I was quite tempted with the premise but the execution was underwhelmed.A typical "domineering CEO and his doting wife" romance novel with a slightly fantastical twist using mermaid FL as camouflage, but essentially the same old thing. The villains are very stereotypical old style. No chemistry between Liu Lange and Zuo Ming since the plot was quite weak and boring; you basically know the plot from the beginning. Dropped on 10 minutes lol.

Trauma Experience
I didn't know about Yang Shuyu acting before i watch this because i still enjoy Chen Si acts even he may not the best actor in short drama and .....what the hell i did watch? Chen Si trying to save this drama for being trash drama but somehow he cannot bear it alone with FL with same expression, flat tone voice and wood kiss. Even the supporting cast are trying their best to save this drama has completely defeated by FL acting incompetence. Plot was to jumpy and make the quality is below average. Completely turn off by their gross kiss
The plot is actually interesting and i never disguised with kissing scene (they did french kiss but it looked so gross) by both of the leads that make me avoid their drama at cost for a while. Personally i used to see Xiang Yunjie as common actress but her image and her portrayal of Female Lead make me turn off and questioning my self if i was too lenient for her. Liu Lambo shattered my way of seeing himself as good actor even his styling was on his peak. In this drama the disgusting kisses are make me stop watch the drama halfway. abandoned and avoid this drama
I watched when i was on Zhao Zhendong fever and I regret to waste my time and decide to dropped after 13 minutes. This is another Meng Na and Zhao Zhendong dark history on their drama portofolio. Plot is repeat formula, no depth and too lazy to make character more engaging. Feel scriptwriter wrote torturous script that no one in their right mind would shoot and then somehow managed to get in a Meng Na and Zhao Zhendong involved. The character are not engaging, we have been knew ML is total jerk and FL has zero charm. Intense kisses on the first scene are not saving it.Avoid this movie unless you have sadomasocism preference and love repeated generic plot.

half-baked drama
This drama have inconsistent theme. They are too afraid to explore LGBTIA++ theme since it's quite rare case on Chinese vertical short drama but the bromance or friendship or what ever that terms called for the Main Leads. The chemistry for the lowest term of friendship is zero even both are handsome man. The plot is not engaging, too boring and lack of dynamic duo. DroppedWas this review helpful to you?
Leads lack of acting skill and charm.
I watched this drama last year and decide to discontinue and check again my decision. I was completely right.The plot is generic, Biological daughter is constantly ignored and isolated at home but due to the deliberate schemes and instigation of her adopted daughter, her relationship with her family is not good. She got stomach cancer and died. She got chance to be reborn so she take revenge.
The Constant Verbal Sparring was usual in this drama but FL and ML lacks charms to make me engaging. No chemistry, no emotion it feels the lead only reciting the script. Dropped.
