I think it was because sometimes there isnt much that is to be said. saying stuff like that hurts you more. she said to Suye the last time she was at the TCM hospital that she hates the past version of herself. recounting how pathetic you acted is a sh***y experience. and he didnt help her much before, he did give her space for her to heal, but the ex was in her house like literally barged in the very space she should feel the safest at, so i think it was good that he came otherwise who knows what else the guy must have said and done. Suye just wanted to protect her peace of mind she had suffered enough.
