After watching Back From The Brink, I then decided to watch this masterpiece <3. Although, I still waited for quite a while before I watched this cdrama. I wanted it to be complete before watching because I wanted to binge. For someone who binged watch this for 2 and a half days, I am already so attached, how much more for the other viewers who watched this while it was ongoing. Everything is so nice, they were consistent with the plot and no episode was boring. The feeling from this one is almost the same with how I felt with Love Game In Eastern Fantasy. THIS ONE IS A BANGER!!!

I really appreciate comments like this. It shows how we really care/our side as an asian. In other parts of the world, asians are mostly the ones who don't apologize much thru words. if they do hear us say sorry, it's in a sudden situation or whatnot but if not that, if it's a deep-rooted problem, we usually don't say sorry but do it with actions. Ease the tension, noticing the right time to approach the person, or simply initiating conversations. Saying sorry is kinda difficult for most of us, it's a bit awkward. So, rather saying it, we do things that can lessen the gap, am i right?

i think he wasn't about to propose but he bought the ring of their mother (the one that chut pawned). he said that him and chantorn were just friends. i just like to keep in mind that they were never more than that. not because he couldn't commit but because he just consider chantorn as his friend. i dunno, i've been confused the whole time i watched chantorn and wichai's interactions. the photograph thing, maybe, just a remembrance. since, he just wanted to meet chantorn. please enlighten me if i'm wrong. ty

i did push through the first 10 eps but i might say, include ep 11 as well. this comment is so real for saying that the following episodes are full of sweetness. i just finished it and i'm glad i decided to watch this. WHAT A GOLDEN. there were just a few stressful scenes but i'm pretty sure you can get through that (for the ones who decide to watch this too). i'd say that Wichai's mother gave me a lot of stress, along with chut, and even choy. Anong's brothers had jerk personalities but you can still handle it. BUT I'M REALLY HAPPY THAT ANONG HAS HER AUNTIES! they at least made me calm down and make me remember my aunties as well. THE SERIES IS NICE GUYS, IT WILL MAKE YOU REALIZE MANY THINGS. I TELL YOU!

currently at ep 9, half way through the episode, i feel so sad for shan cai. imagine, she keeps on doing something just to move on. she doesn't want to stay sad, or she can't be because she'll breakdown. while this is happening to her, daoming si is moving onto a new life with yesha. although in s1, daoming si did everything for shan cai, what he did for yesha is totally different. how he cooks for her, how he listens to her, how he can give up anything for yesha -- just like how he gave up everything for shan cai but so much more. daoming si is doing so much effort for yesha. all the while shan cai is grieving for her memories with daoming si. i can't believe that this daoming si i am seeing is someone i don't know. it makes me mad to the core

I can't take this anymore. Finished rewatching season1 and I now decided to rewatch this season as well. I already watched its intro so everytime I do, I stick to my principle that I should finish watching it till the end. Hating a name! Rings a bell! But doesn't want to hear the name Yesha and Sha Ge! Imagine, instead of Daoming Si calling Shan Cai, you hear Yesha. Completely ruined a show that I once loved. The accident was inevitable but dragging the amnesia arc was not good. It made the show unbearable to watch (as far as i can remember, i hate everything about this, like other comments, watched it till the bedscene only). When I saw the white dress, the incident immediately came to mind. And there went boom, I am so mad for how they completely changed Daoming Si's character. It doesn't make sense, one's character doesn't completely change when you have amnesia. Yes, you can't remember almost everything, even yourself, but this doesn't mean that his personality should be gone too. RUINED EVERYTHING FOR ME. I'm mainly sad for Shan Cai. She went through so much just to see his love one, loving someone else. It hurts because you know that Daoming Si loves deeply, all throughout season 1, he made his statement that Shan Cai is the only one for him. THEN THIS SEASON CAME, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT US TO SEE?!?! INSTEAD OF GIVING US A SEQUENCE TO THEIR STORY (ALL THEIR LOVE BEING SHOWN, YOU PUT IN ANOTHER COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CHARACTER). SEASON 2 WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A HAPPY ONE FOR US, WE WANTED TO SEE HOW THEIR STORY GOES. This one should only be at least 24 episodes containing the continuation to their love. Having some little arguments here and there. Some side stories for the other members of F4. Could've added Xiao you (i don't know if she's here but she isn't in the casts list), a little presence of Xiaozi would also be fine. A short background of Daoming Si's Sister and many other things. BUTTTT NOOOO!!! THEY GAVE US THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE. And why would they do something like that? Apparently, more drama is equal to higher ratings (this was before). But even then, many people were mad because of how the story became and how it unfolded, so the rating went down every episode.

I want to confirm if Xiao you's still here, she was a cute and lovely character. INSTEAD, THEY GAVE US HER EX, ZHONG ZE.

In conclusion, this was a total wreck. I will never ship Daoming Si and Yesha. YESHA is a bad one, many people just don't see it. I don't know if Sha Ge is her uncle but that guy's presence was totally unnecessary. Other than Yesha, they added this Sha Ge character that is condescending.

I'll be back here if my view changed, I was a child back then, so I wasn't really sure if I was mad but I still believe that I was.

Tell me, who created this story anyway? They are stupid. The manga was not even finished back then.

I still can't believe that she's gone. Meteor Garden built my love for Asian Telenovelas. It was my Roman Empire. Barbie Hsu has a huge contribution and influence towards us Filipinos. We will always remember her. Just last month, me and our youngest sister was singing the OSTs of Meteor Garden. This is just too sudden. Deepest Condolences towards family and friends.

i think it was also because of the music copyright, i'm not sure. but their old series indeed lack the copyright it needed. i think they also removed the Ugly Duckling series and even the Kiss-series. they did not even inform their audience that they will be removing those, such a bummer. i stopped watching gmmtv because of it

would like to add (skl), this was never on my watch list but my tiktok fyp always showed me clips of this drama, like those ones with english narrator edits. i told myself that if the intro isn't nice, i wouldn't watch it. thankfully, it was.

for me, they could've shortened by not adding unnecessary scenes where the show just confuse us. as someone who thinks a lot, details matter but they did not show details that somehow connect to the plot. instead, they gave us plot-holes. and when that happens, it gives us a very confusing show. but the intro was givinggg, I guess I expected a lot from that. anyways, a short drama always is a make it or break it moment

check again. some of the 7.5 dramas are actually the ones that boomed before. since this is an old website, 7 was considered an okay rating due to having less users. now that this site is known to many, it reached its peak. 8 and up is what they consider an okay/nice drama rn. also, other users rate differently. some gives a rating of 7 and up thinks it's a nice drama and some rate it that way because it's bad. although, i still ponder on 7.5 dramas but if their reviews are good then i'll try to watch it.

right now, i just finished watching this drama, "Go Back Lover". i think it's really lovely and a nice watch. it's a 10/10 for me.

I did not expect that the ML here is the ML in Blossom. I'm quite surprised to see his acting here. Even though I haven't watched Blossom yet, I'll try to watch it after this one. Surprised to see the low rating as well. This drama is doing good actually.

well, in the mid part. they stopped anyone (mainly gi hun) in changing the votes. consider that , that they don't want anyone interfering. might as well conclude that they care about cheating. yet, they are just hypocrites.

that's different, they purposely let those in because they want to see ruckus. but the front man being there is totally unnecessary. like what i said, they should've ended the game here, in s2. assuming that they found the island and caught the mastermind (without the boat captain plot)
