Late to the party because I waited for it to be on YouTube. I don’t think this is good, but I do really like it. That’s how I feel about everything from Starhunter.
I will say, the most compelling part so far is Tarn’s story. She feels so much guilt about what she did at university and seems legitimately traumatized by her actions. So that’s a perspective you don’t see from the villain of a series. I wish crazy Tarn was back, but I’ll take sad guilty Tarn too.
The two main couples, their stories are “meh”. All the creeping about in hallways, doorways, and stairwells watching something from afar and taking it at face value got old the first 3 times it happened.
but like, she didn't really do anything wrong!! she knew manaow and gyoza liked each other, but they are not dating!!…
Honestly! Luktarn at least learned that she and Manaow will never happen. Leaving her sad and naked(and likely hungover) in bed just pulled at my heartstrings. Messy Manaow!
