I think the CEO did it, looking at how he is trying to capitalize on the people's returned support for La Ik. It's good publicity. As to why he would k!ll Woo Seong, maybe the CEO felt betrayed that he arranged the Gold Boys' move to a different company behind his back so in rage, the CEO got into an argument with him and maybe accidentally stabbed him.

It could also be the manager since I assumed that he was the one giving the medicine to both La Ik and Jae Hee. As to why he gave them more than enough dosage to knock them out, that I don't know.

Where did you watch the episode? The terms used for the translation was different in Viki. VIKI translation for the 3rd episode was confusing.

While I like body-swap genres (like in Secret Garden), I wish it's kept to a minimum. I would love their romance to be shown as normal as possible.

I got this part but I don't know how him breaking up with her was supposed to protect her (because she was seeing other guys). It actually would look like he was protecting himself because he might get dragged and dubbed as one of her "guys." I am really confused about this part.
