I'm loving the drama because of the themes, the side characters and even the dynamic between the ML & FL. One thing I'm still waiting for is for Jung Hae In to show us a bit more humor/comedy since I'm so used to him playing a serious romantic guy. I know the other characters are goofy, but he's still serious 6 episodes in.. and I get why. Maybe things will change as things progress between the couple.

Only thing is - I wish Kdramas would stop making the ML so "perfect". Like with the dad's money situation. I wish their family could have worked on that together. Did Choi Seung really need to be part of that situation?
I loved episodes 3 & 4 and how things are unraveling. But can we plleaaaaseeee get better Korean American actors? I’m so sorry but that Chris guy was not believable. There’s no way there aren’t real gyopos live in Korea that act?? His acting was atrocious.
Episode 2 was powerful. I don’t think this is a spoiler. I’ll just say… your kids don’t exist to make your life better or to make you happy. Kids are not responsible for their parents feelings. I’m so glad they address this in this episode. As a newer parent and as a daughter of Korean parents, I think about this a lot. I’m so excited to see how they keep address the mother daughter relationship
I almost gave up on this but strangely after episode 5 I wanted to know how this would all come together. Honestly, the plot and premise is corny and has so many flaws yet the actors were all so good and I loved the main message. The ending was also better than most kdrama endings
Finished watching a few hours ago and just remembered to update my list.We do find out why Tae Oh joined Dolce…
Thank you!!! I’ll stick with it bc I’m also curious how Japanese dramas approach things. It’s a light hearted drama to me and balances out Queen of Tears haha so thank you!!
I’m partially through episode 2 and I don’t know if I can keep going if we don’t learn why Tae Oh joined Yuri’s company. Because if it’s for the sake of them being together then it doesn’t make sense!!! So please let me know if we do find out why he’s suddenly ann intern. Also, on my Netflix, Tae Oh’s Korean thoughts aren’t translated.. is this the case for others? Good thing i understand Korean.
This series isn’t holding back. I feel like I’ve watched 20 episodes with all the twists and turns but I’m not bored. I like that it’s not just about Hyun Woo and Hae In’s relationship. The family drama and mess isn’t distracting to the story.
