1ML is really great at acting, wow. I would say his acting is strongest compared to the rest of the cast. But I don't want him to end up with the FL, i would prefer the 2ML with FL. 2ML and FL love story is so sweet but of course there are so many obstacles for them to overcome before they can be tgt. Honestly, when FL first saved 2ML, I knew they were the true pairing. The dynamics and tension between the 1ML and 2ML is very fun to watch, especially 1ML jealous glances and annoyed expressions whenever he sees 2ML and 1FL together...Idk why but I think 3ML is annoying his attitude and arrogance and I think he should have stayed an antagonist, every time he appears is to break up the main couple haha it also seems FL uses 3ML to make 2ML jealous or whenever she is mad at 2ML it feels she is just making use of him...I am halfway through the drama. Love the production and outfits they all look quite majestic in them.
This might not have been the best drama this summer but I just want to say I am impressed by Gong Jun's acting. This is the 3rd time I have watched both leads shows and its amazing to see how var they have come. I know Dilraba from previous shows - Diamond lover, Eternal Love & for Gong Jun - Begin Again, Word of honor. I love how they embody the characters they are acting as in their dramas. Only good actors do that! I watched this show thinking I might catch a glimpse of WKX but I could not find it not even a shadow of it, even if they have similar hairstyles and are good at martial arts. Gong Jun really became Han Ye and I think his acting reached another level and stood out the most especially in the previous episodes. Dilraba is also a gorgeous actress, I don't think she has any flaws and she acts well too, loving her role as Anle! I think both of them carried this drama, the production just isn't matching up whats with the weird CGI effects and fake everything, storyline not coherent...but they did their best. First time seeing Liu Yu Ning but idk why so many people are saying he has the best role. I don't find LMX the smartest and most capable, especially the big blunder he made recently, DZY is good but they made her too emotional and impulsive. Han Ye sees the bigger picture and is the mastermind and future emperor so I think Han Ye has the best role in the drama.
Back from reading spoilers, in conclusion, Babi and Woong deserve better. Seems to me Yumi keeps running away instead of fixing problems. Is there really one size fits all guy? Babi was just pitiful, he love Yumi till the very end but Yumi herself had never loved him. Idk why he was hated so much. He was called a cheater. But where? He just proved his love for Yumi time and time again. When they met, he lied that he has moved on but in reality, he doesn't want Yumi to be guilty and honestly I think she scared him for life, he probably won't even dare to propose to another girl again, and he wouldn't be the one to make the move so this means future girls will never experience Babi's straightforward and daring self again. Yumi should not have accepted Babi and claimed she likes him when her heart doesn't just because she is worried she wouldn't meet someone like him again. Obviously using him as a rebound from Woong. She herself tried to propose marriage to Woong but she was being insensitive to Woong's financial troubles. She doesn't care about Woong's pride. Who wants a partner like that? I am not saying that Yumi is a bad character but the truth is Yumi is the most flawed character out of everyone. I hope that I would be able to meet someone like Babi because he will help me achieve my dreams and is thoughtful and caring. Woong would be good too if he would express his thoughts and improve his communication skills. Yumi's character growth? I still don't see it. But I can see how Babi and Woong changed. Babi became a workaholic, flying from place to place for work trips and is not as confident as before. Woong became rich but his pride became worse because now he actually has things to brag about. If they wanted to adapt the webtoon, then the drama should have been split this way: Season 1: 7 epis of Babi and Woong each then season 2 first half combined Babi and Woong, and Soonrock for the last 6 since there isn't a season 3 anyways. At least we will be able to see better character growth. Last guy has no story at all, they can't make a full season for it. Not planning to finish watching.

I heard S1 wasn't popular enough that's why they stopped airing on TVN ratings were not good and IQIYI dropped it...only IQIYI TW bought the rights. Viki has it but not very country has viki... I hope S2 will eventually be made available as most ppl are watching on illegal sites now.
If it weren't for Jinyoung, Yumi cells 2 would not have blew up in popularity. I dare say it's the hottest kdrama in Korea right now. Everyone say thank you to Jinyoung! And can Kang Yohan come and collect him alreadyđ
Why are all the characters so unlikeable? Yumi- don't even get me started. Babi-handsome but idk anything else about him woong-annoying coz he dumped Yumi and never supported her. Some Z character alr looks and sounds bad at acting...is he here to create comedy? Maybe Rubi is the best character. They better end the story well...I am just going to wait for the series to end then decide if I will watch the rest. Frustrating to see this drama go downhill. I still don't understand where Yumi's growth is? And I don't get what's going on with Babi because they didn't show us his pov and how his cells work. Hope they will eventually...

Babi's pov will finally be revealed (there was a scene where Yumi was seeking his advice on her story writing and Babi says the male lead pov was revealed too late in the series and that is causing misunderstanding) 3. Babi's flaw is that he tries to be the most perfect guy and hides his true thoughts and feelings. He likes Yumi for being a true person (see her true intention cell) and daring to express herself. He does not want Yumi to see the ugly side of him which is him falling in love with her when they were both in a relationship because he doesn't want to be perceived as a bad guy. 4. Babi doesn't like Da Eun. He feels guilt because Da Eun is a reflection of himself. And like a deja vu for him. Its a very uncomfortable feeling for him which causes the earthquake. He shifts away because he wants to remove this guilt and remove any hope from Da Eun. 5. Yumi helps Babi realize that its ok for him not to be so perfect all the time and helps Babi to own up to his own feelings.
Honestly, Yumi doesnât deserve Babi, he loves her way too much and it feels like Yumi is just using him. Why wouldnât she if someone as hot as Babi appears and likes her? She gets ârechargedâ and happy. Ok but is that love? Or is that her being selfish coz she doesnât want to let go of a perfect guy like Babi? Yumi is an ordinary girl and season 1 has shown she is insecure. If the drama shows her getting jealous like in the next episode preview and not trusting BabiâŠand other drama ensues, then where or what exactly is Yumiâs growth?? She seems to do things too recklessly. Quitting her job and all. Please donât let the show do downhill, I really like watching the show, I like the cells too :(
I think he is going to be the next BIG breakout actor. For the next generation, he is the one Korea has been waiting for. First saw him in TDJ, he is definitely very handsome- main lead material, one of the most handsome faces for sure. And next, he is talented in acting and has a strong screen presence. No matter where he is, he just steals the screen & your attention. Even his height seems fine. The only thing was that he was held back all this time because he used to be an idol and IDK apparently his group was famous? Is it? But not in Korea. All he needs is some luck. Really glad that Yohan has his happy ending, he is finally free. Yohan deserves everything good! But why are ppl hating on Gaon? In the end, he lost everything. He is an orphan and manipulated by his professor Min jungho that supposedly saved him when he was in high school. It has been years and the only other person he had was killed coz of this crazy maid that planned everything. I don't know how one can even survive in this world without family or any friends let alone a dystopian world. Some are saying he isn't qualified to be a judge and Gaon is too stupid and dumb, he doesn't deserve a happy ending coz he betrayed Yohan (only after all evidence point towards Yohan from his pov) why didn't they kill him....Really? That's very selfish and heartless of you. You guys forget that Gaon did not come into this game willingly maybe he wasn't even going to be a judge (surely that min jung ho steered him towards it) he could have been a normal office worker or a chef and he would never have met Yohan. He would still have his best friend with him. He would have been leading a happy life. Instead, he was thrown into this mess and what did he gain from this? He is left to clean up the justice system that Yohan is finally free from. I can't imagine how much pain he went through...Oh and some ppl are pitying Jung Sun Ah? Why? She chose this life and she made everyone's life hell. So to all the Gaon haters are you saying kind and stupid ppl don't deserve happiness? I can't believe you guys...
I really hope you're joking this is one of the best dramas I've seen for quite awhile I wait for it every week…
"No emotions in eyes and face in any situation", at this point I can tell you are either one of two things. 1. Gaon played by Park Jinyoung was so annoyingly good that made you hate him. That I agree he was really naive but that was because of the environment he grew up in and the beliefs that he had. 2. You didn't even watch the drama properly. You are biased against Park Jinyoung. This guy Jinyoung definitely acts quite well. When he cries I cry too, I can see emotions in his face and feel the hurt just by his expressive eyes. If this isn't talent, I don't know what is. He is one of the upcoming and rising actors that is handsome and actually acts well. K dramas have way too many actors/actresses that look good but have poor acting. Rid of them please. Your criticism about him having no emotions is just completely baseless. Surely, many others would agree with me on that point. Thankfully, we will be able to see him in dramas in future. With this face of his and his ability to act, he will become very prominent in the acting industry. (His visuals are a huge plus++)

Ohh okay but I am fan of Jinyoung acting as long as it doesn't affect his dramas/movies it's fine (I kind of think he won't be keeping up with music much longer idols groups grow old plus he obviously chose acting :) so probably after 30 he will stop all his group got7 stuff) and he will have so much to show as an actor. He has the talent!!
This drama has only just started but it's already so amazing. Wow, the cinematography and the way they shot the car racing scene... The visuals and soundtracks are spectacular. Just the visuals alone are enough for a rewatch plus the stellar acting by the cast. Jisung's acting is really top tier and devil judge has such an intriguing storyline, I love how Yohan is all about being an antihero in the dystopian world. He is such a mystery. Is he evil? I think there is more to it. He surely has something big planned. The Soohyun and Gaon pairing is also lovely to watch. Not really understanding Kim Minjung's role yet but maybe it is still early to tell. I can't wait for the next episode! Gaon played by Jinyoung is really spot on. He has such a strong screen presence that even in scenes with Jisung, he doesn't lose to him one bit. Just where on earth has he been this whole time? Kdramas definitely need talented and young actors like him. So far, he is one of the few who can act with their eyes, one of them is Jisung (plus Jinyoung is so handsome ><). I know this sounds selfish but I really hope he acts full time and doesn't go back to being an idol (is he still one?) , he definitely is a natural actor. He belongs to the screens. I think being an actor is more suitable for Jinyoung. I have my eye on him and can't wait for his future works. He has so much potential.
