i personally like older dramas, same goes for jdrama, although they can be a bit over the top or weirdly edited and tend to be really melodramatic…

personal preference I suppose. this list is mostly based on performances and not on me not liking the actors personally.

I find that young love dramas are some Chinese drama can do well…(not all but some are really cute)- most of these are high school romance…
