I think Yoon Ja Yoo went public because she wanted to protect the company and their research, cuz she knows the priminister will def come after the company to steal their research so the prim minsters's company could have it all for themselves. She is not a mad scientist but a very level headed one. She created the cultured organs but she is aware of the danger behind it. She wants this technology available on a wide range so people can buy the oragns for a cheaper price. But now that the prime minister had found out about her research (since she had kept it top secret until now) and want to use it only for the powerful people, she goes public inorder to protect herself and the company and to stop it being secretly used by the power hungry people. It's not like she can fight with those politicians..... Also now that she doesn't have time to perfect out the research, she has to go public and putting herself at risk to get the trust from the people.

Albeit they r different genres, this drama is soo much better than QOT. I hope this gets more recognition.

Obv true. QOT is over hyped but this plot is truely engaging.

I'm def not complaining about the ending. I'm glad that Hong Hae In survived. It was a happy and wholesome ending.

Despite the fact that the drama is called Blood Free it is def not 'BLOOD FREE'. kekeke But i finally get why everyone is out to kill YJY, the gurl is a step away from the solution to immortality, she is pretty much a walking target.

at first, I thought he was Im Siwan too when I saw the poster. But then I thought there was no way Im Siwan would be a supporting character, that was when i found out it was Yoon Hyun Soo. But yeah, they are sooo similar, not just with their faces but also their body language, voices, and the way they talk. TT

No it's not a stupid question. Even I have dropped several dramas halfway through while watching cuz they quickly lose their appeal to me. And some dramas I don't even bother to start watching. There were only a few dramas that were genuinely interesting in 2023, and by 2024 April, there weren't a lot of dramas that were gripping enough and failed to keep my attention until the very end. For this drama, I came for Lee Je Hoon but stayed for the story. At first, I thought 1958?? I'm not really into 90's background dramas but this drama is genuinely interesting.
