It's obv KS at the end of epi 6. But he is def not the watchman. I'm pretty sure he is LS, and Shi Yeol is the watchman's son or related to the watchman, pretending to be LS. But my only doubt is YH. I have a feeling there were 2 kids who escaped that night. And YH is the other kid. I personally don't want YH to be LS. I mean YH is just secretly translating those prophecy books and other than that he's not very active while KS at least is trying to get into the palace. YH doesn't give crown prince vibes to me. do gi and the team faked a car accident and he fake pretend a traumatic injury (whiplash injury maybe or a trauma to the leg), after that he got himself admitted to that particular hospital. And the surgery wasn't his surgery, he swapped with another patient with the same condition as that little girl came in for and he entered the OR instead of that person, (with that person's medical chart??). but before the surgery was about to start, it was revelaed that the wrong person was brought in. But tbh this part was full of loopholes, 1. the docs, nurses, anesthetic, all of them double check before surgery, so it was weird that they didn't realize it 2. Do gi went under anesthesia in less than 3 min after entering the OR?? That's so very fake. It takes alot more than 3 min to prepare a patient for surgery 3. That fake doc walks into the OR with his shoes on??!! 4. Nobody realized he was wearing glasses until the main surgeon came to the OR, like what was the rest of the docs and nurses doing??
There are lot more questionable parts in that, but I think the writer and director just forcused on the mission. but not the medical part, since this is not a medical drama.
I just felt like I was missing something in all the recent dramas I watched. And now I realize that I was just missing a good bromance. I just hope that these 3 hotties will stick together until the end.

I noticed the tanned part as well, but then I realized Lee Doo Hak and his family is more tanned than the rest, cuz they r farmers and they work in the fields, but Choi Cheol Woong and his mom are not, it shows that they are more pampered and homebody. And prolly it's there to show the difference in their identity. And for vibe and cinematography, I think it is in line with all other 80s and 90s dramas.
It took me a whole HOUR to figure out the Korean Song version of the ending song!!! Sheeshhhh. And it made me realize it has been 6 years since While You Were Sleeping came out!!!! but I still feel like it was yesterday!!! damn I miss that era of good dramas.

True that, the barging in scene (although annoying) is probably there to show that the FL is a stubborn person who just care about the people around her and also to shake CCY's heart a bit more to solidify his feelings for her or smthing.
In my opinion it's a waste of time. But you can watch the first epi and decide. The story is silly and light, if that is what you are looking for. But it's def not a super duper good.
I think the problem is not Im Soo Hyang's acting but the character Han Gye Jeol in the story. Seriously, the character is so naive and stupid and childish to the point it's annoying. The FL is a doctor for god's sake!! I'm going to give one more episode a try and then going to drop it. The writers should just go get a new job, the character consistency is such a mess. I'm just mad that they threw such a good cast for a bad story.
