Not really, since the bestie is the husbands ex-girlfriend they are kind of really close but they're not having an affair. Although the husband is clearly hitting on the bestie and at one point she got momentarily carried away too but later draws a clear line in their relationship.

What Rin Yi in the story doesn't realize about herself is that she is scared of commitment. Refusing to do a stable job means she's scared to take responsibility and fear of long term commitment. at one point she even mention that she has no intention of marrying Gyung Joon, indicating her fear for a more stable relationship, which became more clear when she just dump Gyung Joon so easily without a fight. Her lack/fear of attachment to anything and anyone is rather unsettling. hopefully there is more in the next episode. But I think her character is there to point out that while some people try so hard to understand who they are ( in this case Lee Eun Oh ) while some people just refuse to face themselves.
