I must be in the minority, because I find this drama quite entertaining. Yes, there are some plot holes and the story flow could be smoother. But some of the characters are likeable and the actions scenes are okay.

Ning Que’s speech in episode 59 about his lower class status and his right to seek justice for his parents and other lower class workers in General Lin’s household was very moving. I am very glad that Ning Que is not General Lin’s son, this drama has surpassed my expectations.

I agree, Arthur Chen has great chemistry with the other actors.

Same here, almost feel like fast forwarding whenever Prince Long Qing is on.

I think my favourite characters are Chen Pi Pi and Master Yan Se. I am liking comedic moments as much as the action scenes.

I am so impressed with this drama, the action scenes are choreographed beautifully. I am not sure what their budget is but this is the best production for a Chinese drama I have seen so far. The chemistry between the main characters are excellent. The bromance between Ning Que and Chen Pi Pi is adorable. The interaction between Ning Que and Master Yan Se is very enjoyable to watch. I’ve watched 24 episodes so far and there hasn’t been any draggy bits yet. I look forward to watching more action scenes after Ning Que develops more skills.

Fights Break Sphere is entertaining enough but is no way as good as Ever Night.

I love this drama. It has probably the best actions scenes that I've seen in any Chinese drama.
I have never liked a drama so much that I am watching it without subtitles.

Great drama! And Oguri Shun never disappoints.

I wasn't too sure where the story was going in the beginning, but things fell into place gradually and it turned out to be a decent wuxia film.

This drama is written well and it's just fun to watch. And the characters are very likeable too.

Love the drinking scene with Hwan Ki, Ra Woon and Yun Jung in episode 12, it's so refreshing to see the love triangle play out differently.

Why is this rated only 7.6? I just marathoned 10 episodes and it's so good.

Great Article! JCW is a very versatile actor. I like it when he does action but I also like it when he acts goofy. I am going to miss him when he goes off to military service.

I don't normally watch daily dramas but Kim Mi Kyung convinced me. It has some other decent actors as well and the storyline isn't too bad either so far.

I think its great that the top dramas are from various countries, it means that quality dramas are being made everywhere and people are watching them. I've been addicted to Kdramas for a while but lately I am finding Cdrama refreshing to watch. I loved Nirvana in Fire and currently I am really enjoying Princess Wei Young and When a Snail Falls in Love.

This drama is fast-paced, I've watched 21 episodes and there hasn't been any draggy bits yet.
