I would give 10 this drama, if acting of the Sun-Ho mom was better. Because her ultrasounds, esp. at the beginning of the drama, were just killing me (in a bad way, not in a good way like sympathizing to her grief) and making want to drop the drama completely.
It is a really good implementation of this type of story - high school student murder that was tried to be covered as a suicide.

Review Nevertheless,
I think you've got it wrong. Or, at least, for me it was perceived differently...
What happened is that Jae-eon has changed for Na-bi. Really liking/loving someone has changed even a jerk like him into a better person, that's was the point creators wanted to tell the audience.
I am saying this, but... I didn't like Jae-eon's character at all and I don't consider the actor handsome or whatever.
If you think that people like Jae-eon don't change and that's the reason drama glorifies toxicity, then it's the whole different story.
And... uhm... this is romantic drama, you know? It's only natural to romanticize these things, to believe in things that impossible and usually unbelievable.
From my experience -- I believe in people and give them second, third and so on chances. Yes, these are wasted years if relationships don't work in the end, but people cannot be substituted, and if you lose someone, you cannot ever have anyone like that, only someone else. There's just no one in the whole universe to substitute the person you like or love, it just doesn't work that way.
If people willing to change, they will do their best to change, to become a better person, if they were bad before. That's what I saw in this drama.
To me it seemed like Jae-eon wasn't given enough love from his mother, because she was always absent to work, and also, it seemed like something bad happened to him in relationships with girls, too. That's a possible reason for him being the jerk (doesn't justify any of his own choices, but we should remember that all people are different, and they react differently to the same situations). But we don't know his story, which is sad.
Even if person is a psycho-/sociopath, they want to be loved and cared about, too. If the circumstances are good/their illness detected in time/enough love and care is given to them, these people will never go completely wrong.
Seems like this comment got too long. My point was that we should be kinder and more forgiving towards others. Being too radical is never good. This drama kinda gives a way for that.
